I made several warranty calls and the previous companies sent did not find the faulty wire. Once the Best Care tech had the cover off the outside unit, the fried mouse that had eaten through one of the AC wires was found. That mouse and the lesser competent air techs could have caused my house to burn down. Thank you Best Care Home Services for preventing, what could have been, a disaster!

We had an entire new furnace and A/C unit installed. The crew were super nice young men; timely and efficient. Although we did have an immediate issue two days later w/the unit blowing hot air, they came out immediately at 8:30pm to get us back up and running! Excellent customer service! Highly recommend!
