One Hour Heating and Air/Rocky Top Air helped my wife and I replace our water heater after it broke. Since the water heater was under warranty, we received a new one from the water heater company, but it needed to be picked up and installed. This company was very responsive and clear in what was needed for this process. They did an amazing job and provided great value! I highly recommend them for business.

Charlie was our technician. He found the problem and repaired it in no time. He was very professional . The next time we have a problem with our HVAC ,I will request Charlie.

As part of the "Peace of Mind" plan Rocky Top Air offers, I receive two annual inspections -- one for the cooling season and the other for the heating season.
