I've been a Rocky Top customer for several years now. I count on them to handle my HVAC and plumbing issues. They are highly professional, always on time, fair priced and do the job. I highly recommend.

The technician (Mike) was very good at his job and very friendly. We had to replace our old unit and Mike explained everything that had to be done. After the work was done he made sure he cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend Rocky Top for any heating, cooling, or plumbing issues. They are # 1 in my book..

The two technicians got my heat going quickly. They were very nice and friendly. One thing, however, confused me. I had been out of town and discovered the furnace wasn’t working late the night before. I called Rocky Top at 7:00 am the next morning. They said on the phone that it would be late in the morning before they could get to me. The technicians arrived around 11:00. They said I was their first call! The temp outside was 19 degrees. I don’t understand why the company didn’t help me earlier.

Decided to go with Rocky Top based on all of the positive reviews. Scope of work involved new furnace, AC unit, vent, return relocation, and duct cleaning for a two day job. Day 1 they showed up at 8:45a and sat in the truck until 9:15a before starting work and then left at 3:30p. Day 2 again showed up around 8:45a and didn't start work until 9a but had to work until 6p. They were unprofessional and craftsmanship was very poor. I had to have them come back to wrap up some of the unacceptable items. Would not recommend.

I hired Rocky Top Air to install a Generac standby generator in my home. A friend of mine had used them and highly recommended them. Phil Miller and his crew of competent mechanics installed the electric and gas piping in one day and did a most satisfactory installation. I rate their performance with five stars and would recommend them highly.

Called for a price quote on a draft motor being replaced. This issue was known because I had another company come and diagnose it earlier that day. Rocky top refused to quote with out sending their own tech to diagnose.. sorry rocky top, I’m not going to pay a dispatch/diagnostic fee for you to tell me what I already know. Don’t play games with your customers, just give me a quote. Ended up using Merritt.

Rocky Top Air was wonderful on cleaning my air conditioner. We just moved in to our home and wanted to make sure it was in awesome working order. Coming from a contractor family, Rocky Top advised me every step they were doing before it was done. A-1 rating!!!! Thank you Rocky Top!!!!!

I have used Rocky Top air in the past and have always had favorable results. I own several rental homes and recently got a call from a tenant that the air was out. The technician came out and instead of conducting a diagnostic test to identify the problem he simply cleaned the coils. He left and shortly thereafter the unit went down. I called Rocky and was told that I would be charged another service fee. I called Quality Air Control instead and they ran a diagnostic identifying the problem within 10 minutes. Rocky Top was paid for doing NOTHING. I have used Rocky Top air in the past and have always had favorable results but after this experience NEVER AGAIN.

Very pleased with Rocky Top's yearly residential maintenance service. Very detailed system looks by courteous, knowledgeable professionals. Today's checkup was performed by Drew Saffles - who well represented Rocky Top's commitment to excellence. As a result, intend to go to a multi-year contract when my current one year (try-them-out) contract expires. This company is a good one.
