Rocky Top Air has taken over the general maintenance of our compact heat and air unit. They have exceeded my expectations and provided great repairs and now our quarterly preventative maintenance. I would recommend them to take care of your heat and AC needs!

We have been very satisfied with the professional, courteous and friendly service provided by Rocky Top Air over the past several years. Any questions about why or how for a particular service has always been thoroughly explained. Because of this, we continue to do business with them for our heat and air.

I have a subscription service (eww… we live in the era of the micro transaction)…. My unit is super old and the monthly subscription and the perks of the service put my mind at ease.
I have had a good experience with RTA and my service providers. I am writing this review in return for a gift card toward a future service- which is the only reason I am not providing 5 stars. While I LOVE free money I do feel that it is important to be transparent with other consumers.

It is worth the peace of mind I have with my old unit. But the practices to get the higher rated online reviews make me question other possible practices when it comes to things like consumer metrics.

Outstanding service, time efficient, and friendly personnel. Mitchell and Brayden felt like family by the time the job was done, I think my dog actually misses them! They did a superb job in explaining the process and completing the cleaning of my air vents. They fixed the gaps and air leaks, changed out the filters, and gave me a great amount of valuable information on maintaining my units and vents. I highly recommend!

I have had Rocky Top Air, Inc monthly service plan for six years. In that time twice a year I have my HVAC system checked. They are very professional and thorough in checking my HVAC system. They have advised me of system add-ons that increase the efficiency and comfort of the forced air in my home. Their service plan gives me peace of mind that if any time I have a problem they will immediately be there. Lastly they are prompt from calling for appointments, any service, follow-up guidance to answering any final questions. I would definitely recommend Rocky Top Air for HVAC systems.
