Their staff was courteous when calling to schedule my regular maintenance. Seth was friendly and efficient at his tasks checking my ductless system and whole house system. I have been nothing but impressed with their service.
Have used Rocky Top for plumbing issues twice now. I always feel like the employees are friendly and professional. They're honest and get the job done quickly. Also, they dispatch someone to address the issue on the same day that I place the service call. Love that!
Rocky Top is awesome! I called on Monday for them to get me a check up before the cold weather and they were there on Tuesday morning. Nick was my service Tech. He went out of his way to explain the work that was needed. He was extremely helpful and communicated with me throughout the process. I highly recommend Rocky Top Air for all of your HVAC needs.

I took advantage of Rocky Top’s fall maintenance special and couldn’t have been more pleased with their services. While I wasn’t able to be there in person, the technician, Spencer called me to give me follow up after the service and to inform me of a couple of issues that will require future attention. Thank you Spencer for your professionalism and thank you Rocky Top for your outstanding services.
We had Rocky Top put in a new gas furnace/AC. Everyone there is really nice, and we have no problem with the work done. But when the weather turned cold, we noticed that the air didn't come out warm like we're used to, so we called our salesperson. She said she could get a guy to come out and take a look. I assumed it was just a post-installation visit--she didn't tell us it was going to cost us $85, just to find out that the newer 2-stage furnaces don't blow out as warm air as older furnaces do. Then they quoted us a very pricy maintenance program so we wouldn't have to pay $85 the next time. I think we'll find another company to call. UPDATE: We received our refund, so I'm changing review to 4 stars. I talked to two girls in the office about this issue--I wish it hadn't taken a Google review to get it taken care of.

When considering this purchase, we took several weeks to research our options and met with four different HVAC companies. In the end we went with Rocky Top Air based on our initial meeting and subsequent communication with their staff. We were convinced that they knew what they were doing and could handle the job at a price that worked within our budget. They went out of their way to explain everything and present various options. We are very pleased.
I love Rocky Top Air. I had been having my heating and air conditioning unit serviced by another company for many years. But I began feeling like the level of service wasn't what it should have been. What facilitated the change was that this company had done some repair work on my A/C unit. A few days later the unit stopped working. They came back and made some more repairs. A few days later it stopped working again and they came out and made some more repairs. But this time they said that I probably needed a new unit which would cost me about $7000. I immediately called Rocky Top Air, honestly just because of the name. And they sent Fred out. Fred is amazing. From the start I felt more comfortable because he was explaining to me what he was doing and why. Turns out that I didn't need a new unit, but it was something simple. It cost me literally a fraction of what the other company was trying to charge me. Thanks Rocky Top!!! I plan to be a loyal customer for life.
I had issues with my A/C a year ago and Manny took care of us. Unfortunately, with my A/C being 10 years old I had to call Rocky top again to diagnose my A/C... This time it didn't go well, several hundred dollars later and we still didn't have a working A/C and was told that I may need to spend more or get a new unit at this point I have lost faith at rockytop since we can't seem to figure out what's really going on, is there a leak or not???. I spoke to the service manager and after hearing our story he apologized and sent his best guy (Fred along with Cody) to our home immediately within an hour Fred found the main issue and he not only took care of it, he educated me as well. Fred and Cody is an asset to Rocky Top Air and they are the reason I'll be giving them my maintenance package business. Thank you!!!
