Avoid at all costs! This is a long review but it's worth the read, I promise you.

The other reviews posted here are false and likely family/friends of the employees or owners.

This company did the work wrong on my house initially, to the point that the air handler sweats CONSTANTLY. A pool of water gathers underneath it because they installed an improperly-sized heat pump for the square footage of the house and crushed the ducts tightly so that air could not properly pass through. I have a close friend that has been doing HVAC for nearly 30 years, who came out and evaluated it. He explained the issues and adjusted the blower speed as a temporary workaround.

I called them and they sent out three technicians, a 20 year-old kid and two older gentleman. The technicians were nice enough, but they did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. In fact, after calling my friend and having him explain things in technical jargon, the technicians told me he was lying and "was just out to get money" (even though he looked it over for free.)
I also took issue with the general professionalism of the techs that came out. One of the older men sat and ate his lunch in the car while the other two began their work. The other older man, about halfway through our encounter and without asking, lit a cigarette and smoked it before flipping the butt into my yard. Neither of us are smokers and I have a dog and a child, so this bothered me quite a bit. I asked him to pick up the butt, he said, "Oh." and reluctantly picked it up. The younger tech also smoked a cigarette in my yard, but at least he put it in his shirt pocket when he was done.
Throughout the experience, the older technician began talking about his former drug addiction and the time he spent in a state prison. While I'm happy that he has beaten addiction and been rehabilitated, that is an extremely unprofessional thing to say to a client. The younger one was also talking about his experiences with the police, namely a recent traffic stop where the officer confiscated a gun from him.

The techs did some "looking" at the air handler and claimed that there was a hole that was letting air out, which caused it to sweat. He said he addressed the hole but he made no attempt to address the crushed ductwork. He advised me to check it in a couple of hours and call them back if it was still sweating. Here is where things get even worse. In a few hours, I went to check it and the sweating was worse than it was before they messed with it!

I promptly called the company back and left a voicemail. My call was not returned after days of waiting. I called multiple more times, leaving voicemails and providing contact information. After the sixth voicemail over two weeks, I am now writing this review and I have still not heard back from the company. Do yourself a favor and go with ANYONE else. This company exhibits unprofessionalism and dishonesty the likes of which I have never seen.
