AC decided to quit at the start of July 4th weekend, and we gave them a call. They came out the same day(just finished), very professional, and lucky for us it was a quick fix! Highly recommend!

Shout out to Karns Mechanical for saving the day yet again. They were in and out very quickly, very professional, left no mess and the house was back to normal temperature. These folks are honest and do a great job. They went above and beyond which is kinda unheard of these days. Thanks Karns Mechanical!

I called Karns Mechanical late on Friday afternoon and was told they would be at my house the very next morning and they were here as promised. They diagnosed my problem and gave me an estimate for repairs and the job was finished and repaired correctly the first time. And for the amount quoted. Great, honest and trustworthy company. Thanks to Mike and the great team at Karns Mechanical!!

Karns Mechanical came to repair my heat pump on a very hot Friday, but soon realized that the fix was bigger than originally thought. They did inform me that parts weren’t always readily available, so I was prepared to wait. Imagine my surprise when they called back that same day to tell me the part would be in on Saturday and asked if they could come over then to fix it. Of course, I told them yes! They arrived Saturday afternoon and had everything replaced/repaired quickly and the cold air blasting once again! As for the pricing, they are very competitive, especially for coming out on a weekend. Thanks for doing such an amazing job! If the need arises, I will definitely call again. I’ll also be telling anyone who asks for recommendations about your company.

5 stars all the way! I highly recommend Karns Mechanical for your A/C HVAC unit needs. Not only were their prices considerably lower than the other quotes I received, but their kindness, honesty, and work ethic is unbeatable. You can definitely tell it is a family operated business. They had everything inspected, quoted, removed, replaced, and cleaned up within a matter of days after my initial call! But, what’s even better, is they gave me cost efficient options laced with honest knowledge, and let me decide which route was best. Definitely 5 star service.

Did not check all possibilities for AC issue. Over 2 weeks and never really did anything except cleaning the coils. Suppose to order part and took 2 weeks and 2 days to get back with us even though suppose to come out 5 days after supposedly getting they told us.
Never showed, never called, never returned calls. We called them numerous times because they never called to update us on things. We found part within an hour of them telling us they couldn't find. Then day later said they could come out next day between 8:30-9:00. Told we couldn't at that time because of work. Said 11:00 would be good if available for them. Told us to make sure someone here at 11:00. We were. They never showed nor called nor returned calls all day Friday, Saturday, nor these past 3 days now. We lost money because of leaving work early.
This is no way to run a business.
We got another company in same day we called and they fixed issue for $300.00 cheaper and AC working perfectly.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and we would not have given 1 star.

I have been a customer for almost as long as Mike has been an owner of this business. I have not, in 30+ years, ever had a bad experience with Mike or his company. They have installed 2 HVAC units in two homes and done decades of annual maintenance, for my late husband and me. Repairs have been few, because they install quality units. We were very pleased with Karns Mechanical. Our ac went out on an extremely hot day (of course)We called them on one day and they were here the next, and had our new unit installed in less than 4 hours. They were very reasonably priced lower than most competitors. Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice and professional. We would highly recommend them.

I have used Karns Mechanical twice and the family company has BY FAR, surpassed all expectations. They are friendly, prompt, professional, reasonable and more importantly HONEST which in my opinion is lacking in this day and time. I will NEVER use any other company for these services. I cannot say enough good things about them.. Try them and you will be 1000% satisfied.

My heating system stopped working and Karns Mechanical came out and installed a new unit by afternoon the next day. I really appreciate how they responded to my situation, and I felt great about doing business with them. They came across as genuine, kind, and reasonable. They will be my go-to for HVAC help next time.
