This company is top notch. Just installed a new American Standard unit for me, professional and about the nicest people you will find, and best of all gave me a good price when compared to other companies I got quotes from. You can't go wrong with this company. Highly recommend.

I don't usually take time for reviews, however I believe my recent experience warrants one, and finding a good HVAC person can be a real challenge. My heat pump began to act up on a rainy Saturday, with the coldest day of the year expected that Sunday. I couldn't reach my usual HVAC provider, so I called Karns Mechanical in a panic. They arrived within an hour and repaired my system in wet and miserable weather conditions. After replacing the bad component and repairing some melted wires, my heat pump was running better than ever in no time. Most importantly they were extremely reasonable!! Never been more satisfied!!

KMS replaced the entire HVAC system in my rental unit. They quoted a great price, provided great communication, and made availability in their schedule to get the job done the next day so my elderly tenant wouldn't go without heat.

Yeah, I called several times about it not cooling properly and was told there was no service contract included with installed systems. I didn't know it was leaking until it crashed through my ceiling. It should have been installed correctly, the customer should not have to tell you about problems

5 stars are not enough for these fine people. I called on a monday due to an old unit going out on sunday eve. New system was installed by friday. The wonderful help I had with finance suggestion and seamless installation was incredible. Such a great job and they were very clean and neat no mess at all. I highly recommend Mike, Lois and crew.

After a humid hot day coming home to 86 degree temp in my home, KMS answered my call promptly, was onsite after business hours and fixed our issue at a great rate.
