I called Karns Mechanical Services !bout our AC unit not cooling. They were able to not only come out a couple hours later, but had the parts with them to fix the issue and get us cooling again within minutes of being here! Will definitely be using them again in the future!!

There's a reason Karns Mechanical has such a high rating... It's because they are the best! I struggled for multiple years with my upstairs unit. I had used a couple different HVAC companies and never felt like I was getting great service. I finally bit the bullet this Spring and replaced the AC. Karns Mechanical came highly recommended. Turns out they had the best price, and more importantly, they had the best service!

Mike and Lois own the business. They're son works for the business. They were extremely professional, but also down to earth. They answered all of my questions, and we've had a VERY COOL summer!

Just last week, our AC went out, so I called them immediately. They showed up right away, replaced a capacitor, and we were back up and running. They stood behind their work! I gave Karns Mechanical Services a 5-star review. We called KMS after another company didn't bother to show up the day before or call. We called KMS in the morning and they showed up within the hour. Karns Mechanical Service staff; Mike, Louis, and their son took care of our problem. They were quick but yet very thorough. Made sure everything was back to where it was before they moved it. They were very professional and very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone that reads this review. And have already given their name to my friends and neighbors. This company is truly a family-owned business. I will definitely call them in the future. It was a pleasure meeting this family.

Great job, they came out found and repaired outside unit problem, wouldn't defrost. Two other companies came out prior to them, I spent $1,800.00 with the other two companies that never resolved the problem. Mike and his team with Karns Mechanical came out, found the problem and repaired at a very fair price. They also replaced my old air handler with recommended American Standard unit at a fair price. They charged the exact price as quoted. They are honest, on time and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

My AC stopped working last night. I was able to coax it back to life but was concerned that it was telling me it was time for a pro. I contacted Karns Mechanical first thing this morning. I explained what had happened and the trick I used to get it working. I was told they would work me into their schedule sometime today. Less than two hours later there were in my driveway. They completed a thorough examine of my compressor. They found a defective part and replaced it on the spot. Everything else checked out OK. My unit is 6 years old - still under warranty. Total bill was $45 for service charge. Great response, friendly knowledgeable technicians, and best service. They are my go-to HVAC service!!

I called this company and made an appointment with them. They didn't even show up. I finally got a hold of them and she apologized. She said she would call me back and never did. So I called a company called Allstars heating and air and they came out at 7:00 and fixed it for me. I'm not saying this is a bad company, but my experience was not good. I kinda felt like they didn't want my business

As a local Google Guide, I would highly recommend this family-owned business! Lori and James showed up at my house at 10 PM to fix our HVAC unit and were so nice. Our unit needed a new capacitor and they quickly fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Definitely will be calling them again if we need anything, support your local businesses!

We were so pleased with the service when we recently had to replace our HVAC system. They showed up exactly when they said they would and our bill was exactly what they quoted to the penny. The unit they sold us fits our needs and they were all professional and friendly (even during the quarantine). This is a family business and they treat you like family (the family you enjoy Spending time with anyway) as well. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again if we needed other services without a doubt.
