Aire Serv of Knoxville

I purchased my system about 8 years ago. I get tune ups twice a year. Everyone has been polite, professional, and did a great job.
Today's tech Josh McCarty did a great job in covering what was being done and checked everything out. Them keeping data over time of pressures, voltages, etc. is a great way to be proactive on maintenance and the life of the system.

No A/C yesterday so we called Aire Serv today. They were here within an hour and worked all afternoon on the issues. By the end of the day the problem was fixed and for less than we were originally quoted. Jeffrey was incredibly professional. He gave us an idea of what we might expect in the future. I am so impressed with the service and so thankful to have A/C.

I scheduled an appointment online with Aire Serve of Knoxville to replace my existing heat pump with a new one. The next day, a comfort specialist came, went over all the details and gave a competitive quote for the model I was interested. A couple of days later, 2 technicians came to install the system, and they made sure everything is done properly before they left. Very satisfied with the whole process. Highly recommended!

Aire Serv installed our equipment when we built our home 10 years ago. Due to near "lemon" equipment (with absolutely NO fault of Aire Serv), we know Aire Serv well. Honestly I believe most HVAC companies in the area would have given up on us years ago. Aire Serv has been there 100% of the time! The customer service, the technician skill, and the responsiveness is simply unmatched. The entire team has helped "go to bat" for us with warranty issues to the manufacturer multiple times over the years, and have always put us first. Warranties have been honored, agreements have been made, and I've personally recommended them more than once! We've always paid for the tune-ups Spring and Fall, but Aire Serv has been more than fair, more than once.

While we've been impressed with literally 100% of the technicians, yesterday Jason Martin was the one who saved the day. His personal communication, his technical knowledge, and his respect for my family was simply superb. He was patient with my questions, he was efficient, he checked EVERYTHING, and it was 7pm (where most companies/technicians would have said "I'll come back tomorrow"). He found the needle in the haystack...and fixed it. And as always, Aire Serv respected the performance record of our equipment, put the customer first, and today I'm just simply so thankful for that.

I have used Aire Serv several times since moving into a house with a more complex HVAC system that has needed work/repairs/modifications. I cannot overstate how professional, attentive, and knowledgeable they are. Specifically, Jeff has been a wonderful ambassador for the company. His willingness to problem-solve and make certain the job is done correctly has made me a loyal customer.

Once again, Aire Serv of Knoxville did not disappoint! They are always very professional and do fantastic work, they never leave a mess either! . Always my go to! Thank you for helping me once again Aire Serv of Knoxville.

Our gas furnace needed replacement and we decided to look into replacing it with a heat pump system. We contacted Aire Serv of Knoxville, among other contractors.

Aire Serv was by far the most professional in their response. Colt Bailey came to our home and, after a visual inspection, provided us with three replacement options that he thought would meet our needs. He expertly explained each of them in detail and answered all of our questions carefully.

After choosing one of the options, Aire Serv scheduled an installation day that was most convenient for us. The installation crew arrived promptly and completed all of their work on time and with virtually no interruption to our daily routine. They were friendly and professional throughout.

And the system they installed is working great!

We have had experience with other HVAC contractors. None of these match Aire Serv and we would gladly recommend them without hesitation or reservation.

I am so very happy I called Aire Serv to come and perform maintenance on my HVAC unit! Jimmy J. is absolutely the best technician I have ever worked with! I feel I can trust him 100%!! A previous company came earlier this week and said I needed to spend thousands on repairs or get a new unit! I am thankful that Jimmy did such a thorough inspection and the expected maintenance! And none of the repairs I was told I needed…are actually needed!!! I am an Aire Serv customer from now on!! Thank you!!

We had one of those issues in the summer where it’s hot and the ac just went out. My husband is handy but this was way above his head. James with Airserv came out the same day and took the time to diagnose and find the problem instead of putting a bandaid on it. Did I mention that another company has been out three times this year as of April with the same problem. James traced the problem. Fixed it. Recharged the unit. Fixed the thermostat and explained what he was doing as he went. Very knowledgeable about the system. Was not cheap but beats a new unit and that headache. Definitely recommend!

Couldn't be more happy with the care and attention given by Aire Serve. Immediate response to my phone call once my heating went out. Got a quick and very fair and very thorough quote for HVAC replacement. The team of men who replaced my HVAC unit were very professional. They did excellent quick work. Couldn't be more satisfied.
