My first visit was with Matthew who helped me with my clogged kitchen drain. He was very friendly and quickly took care of the issue and he even offered some tips on keeping the drains clean and clog free in the future. My second visit was from Adam and Kyle, who were both very friendly and professional. This visit consisted of a leaking pipe repair, a dishwasher install and replacing stems and washer in my shower faucet to restore proper water temperature. They kept me informed on what they were doing and whenever I tried to do any cleanup they said you just sit and relax we can take of everything. I must say it was very welcome and refreshing and I felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately we were not able to fix the water temperature in the shower, we concluded that it may be due to our tankless water heater so my next step is to try to contact the company and try to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend these employees to my family and friends in the future.

Justin and Tyler provided great service, advice, and photos showing that our water line had not been installed properly. We were happy with the service we received when hiring them to repair our water line.

This was my first time calling Pipe Wrench for their plumbing services and they were quick to come give an estimate that same day! Jeremy did a great job explaining the plumbing concerns, answering all my questions, and communicating the next steps if we moved forward with them. We ended up needing our sewer line replaced in which Austin and his crew did an excellent job getting that done as soon as possible. Pipe Wrench was great with their timely updates, responsiveness, and just plain reliable. We are very happy with the work done and will come back if something else arises!

Colin Lynch arrived when expected and was very friendly and helpful. He looked at all the issues I had and told me what could or should be done to resolve them. He then worked up an estimate for all the work and I chose to have the 2 most important (to me) needs addressed on this visit. Colin made those 2 repairs correctly, in a reasonable amount of time, and the kitchen faucet and toilet work perfectly now. I am a happy customer and will certainly call for him to fix the other problems when I can. Thank you Colin!

Aaron was really amazing. He took the time to answer all of my questions and he was very knowledgeable. He was friendly and professional. He had our toilet installed super quickly and made sure everything was working. I would definitely reccomend them to friends.

They did an amazing job! Our leak was under the concrete and they did great getting it fixed and they were very fast getting fixed. (my husband tore out the wall not them) I will definitely recommend them to anyone. They also have financing if you need that as well.

We've used pipe wrench a few times over the past few years and they do great work, are friendly, and have never let us down. For me - the most impressive thing is their responsiveness and speed. I have had a couple of instances where we needed work done quickly, and when shopping around most other shops would take a week or more to come out. Pipe wrench is often the same day or the next. It may be possible to get a better deal, but I've yet to have another shop beat pipe in reliability and responsiveness. That's what keeps us coming back.

All aspects from scheduling the estimate to job completion were completed quickly and professionally. Daniel and Josh provided an accurate and reasonable estimate. Cody and Ron arrived the next morning and expertly completed the job. My wife and I are pleased that we chose Pipe Wrench Plumbing, and happy to know that we can call them for a variety of jobs including plumbing, gas line installation, and HVAC.

Hot water heater went out. These guys arrived a half hour after my call and had it replaced the same day. I was amazed at the response time. Each of their guys were polite. Overall a great experience.

Had a great experience with Pipe Wrench Plumbing replacing a hot water heater. Tuesday afternoon I discovered that my water heater that’s located in the garage had sprung a small leak. Called Pipe Wrench that afternoon and they scheduled Greg to come out the next morning to provide a quote for the replacement. After accepting the quote I was scheduled for the crew to show up between 11am and 2pm the next day for the replacement. Got a call the next morning from Damien saying that he’d finished his previous job early and wanted to know if it was OK if they moved my appointment up to 10am. Damien and Salwan arrived just before 10am and had the job completed a little before noon. Very professional personnel that did a great job on the install. Pipe Wrench’s QA person showed up to inspect the install while we were waiting to ensure that the new water heater was heating properly before they left.
