The service by technicians is exceptional and comforting; however, the Aire Serve pricing seems extremely costly for service provided that one believes could be offered by their competitors for a more fair market value ultimately leading to consider that technician service can not overcome in a rising inflation market leading families to tighten their budgets.

We are a 1st time user of Aire Serv. Their communications for appt set up, follow-up, etc is the best I have experienced with a Service Provider. Additionally, the service technician John Nunley was very professional, polite and thorough. He explained everything he was doing. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Professional and knowledgeable. They are a great reliable company, and they have always made sure that I know what's going on, and that I'm happy.

I've been a customer for 4 years with their maintenance program after having my unit installed. I still appreciate how professional and knowledgeable the technicians are.
The scheduling is a bit unorganized and I've had 2 last minute cancellations. This year, I won't get my winter tune up performed until mid Dec. when I scheduled it in mid Oct, and had a cancellation in mid Nov.

We have used Aire Serve for years and have never been disappointed. We recently had to have a new heat and air unit put in. They worked diligently all day and did a great job! And they cleaned up every scrap!! A huge shout out to Jackson, Dwight and Chris! You guys are amazing!

I highly recommend Aire Serv of Knoxville. Rock-Jay did a great job reviewing the issues we were having with our system and recommending/estimating a solution.

Jason M. did a fantastic installation job. He never rushed and took the time to explain and show exactly what he did and how to maintain the system in the future. His work was top notch and very clean. The other gentleman who helped him (I don't know his name unfortunately) was equally professional and thorough. These guys know what they are doing.

Couldn't recommend any higher. Super responsive, on time, amazing communication, respectful of our home and sleeping toddler, and reasonably affordable for the speed and quality.
I've had a lot of poor experiences with trades companies the past few years and these guys blew my mind with how much better they operate their business than others.
We had Jeff as our technician but it was an amazing experience from beginning to end starting with the initial phone call, reminder calls and emails, etc.

The service was very professional and the repair cost was transparent. Jeffrey was very knowledgeable and provided us with good recommendations as well as great service.

Recently we also had a new HVAC system installed so that we could remove the old propane furnace. We were very happy with Macon and the team. They were polite and helpful throughout the whole installation process. We love the new Mitsubishi system that Aire Serve recommended, and we noticed a difference right away.
