Compass is an amazing company! Sometime while we were out of town the HVAC drain pipe got clogged and flooded our basement. I had called half a dozen other companies and nobody was taking new clients or had time to send anyone out. Phyllis at the office originally told us it would be Thursday before she could send someone out, but then called within a couple hours and sent us someone who had a break in his day. Donnie came out and got us taken care of within 30 minutes. Prices are very fair and everyone was very nice and professional. We will definitely be using this company in the future!

Charged $160 for a $50 thermostat. It causes my heat pump to run constantly unlike the original. The thermostat wasn’t the problem. Told me it was a programmable thermostat but it isn’t. Also charged me $100 just to come to my house for which I got nothing. Then charged me for labor on top. Will never use them again.

I have been with Compass for years. Gary, Phyllis, and Becky are just fantastic. There was a problem at one of my rental houses and they came out the next day and acquired the needed parts and repaired it the following day - at no cost to me because I had purchased the unit from them a few years ago and it was still under warranty. How could you ask for more? Thanks, guys!

Came back from a three week trip to a house at 88 degrees. They were able to fit me in the next day and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend, especially for 37917!

I called Compass for a quote for a new AC unit and the price was perfect, Lead tech Chase did the install new air conditioning as well as a duct cleaning in Knoxville and we couldn't be happier. Chuck and the guys were great. My AC went out and I ordered a new unit. They showed up and on time and the new evaporator coil and condenser was installed under 3 hours. Great guys, great service. Will use Compass in the future!
