Jason has always been on time and made sure everything worked as it should any time we have encountered a problem with our system. He services both our home and the church I lead. I appreciate his commitment to serving our needs when called upon. He has come through when I knew he was really busy and saved us frooom freezing in the winter or burning up in the heat of summer. He has always been able to find the problem and get it solved in a timely manner.

JC and his guys replaced an old system and split it to better heat and cool our multi-story house. They did a great job, and if a problem or concern came up they came back out to fix it quickly and completely resolved everything. Very reasonable pricing and quality work.
They also respected our desire for them to wear masks when in the house with us, which we greatly appreciated.

Jason and his crew were outstanding in their work. They have done multiple jobs for us including replacing a complete HVAC system, replaceing ductwork and vents, and installing a mini split system. We would have no one else work on our house but Jason and JCs heating and air.

JC Haun is undoubtedly the best in the business here in Knoxville. Anytime I've needed him he's been there to fix my HVAC problem in the same day. He's amiable and honest and won't charge you what these big companies will because he does the work himself. He owns a successful business based just on the referrals from satisfied customers.

Exceptional Service! Came to my home on Memorial Day to give me a very fair quote and had the brand new heating and air units installed 2 days later. They even got us a little air conditioning going to beat the record heat until they could get the new unit installed. (Even though it was a holiday.) Now my wife complains how cold the house is with our new A/C unit!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! JC's Heating and Air did a fantastic job repairing our HVAC system and they repaired some broken duct work underneath our house as well. Jason and his guys were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They got our HVAC unit up and running like new again. They are now our go-to Knoxville HVAC guys.
