Having a new HVAC system installed. From the moment JR showed up to give me an estimate, to the install crew everyone has been totally great. They are hometown guys and the extra little touches they provide are top notch. Hopefully the unit will last a long time but I know they are there if I have any problems. Hats off to this place.

Travis came out on a Sunday night and had everything fixed in hour. Very fast and professional.

I was really pleased and satisfied with 865HVAC! They installed my Ruud AC and Furnace HVAC system quickly and I think they did a great job. I was getting gas line work at the same time and the inspector remarked how well a job they did despite that he was not there to inspect their work. JR was great to deal with as was Daniel and his staff who installed the HVAC system. I also feel that I got a very fair deal on top of it all! Great customer service and high quality work! I absolutely highly recommend 865HVAC for anyone looking for HVAC work.

These guys are amazing! We are new to TN and found them quite by accident. We got back from vacation and found our HVAC needed to be replaced. Called 865HVAC and they had a service rep out that day to give us a free estimate (we had paid for one other estimate from another company who used scare tactics to justify an extremely high price). TJ was professional, kind, straight forward and prompt with his services and estimate. Two days after we decided to move forward, Daniel and team installed our HVAC system and we could not be happier with our decision to use 865HVAC. Highly recommend this company!

My family and I are big fans of 865 HVAC. Had them recommended to us by a friend who said they were great to work with and committed to solving problems fast, and boy did they live up to the hype. They were able to schedule an appointment with us in what I'm sure is the busiest part of the summer, offered to come by late in the day to find a solution, then came even earlier and had our system back up and running within minutes. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality, efficient service.
