They came out on a Saturday morning for a split unit replacement and ductwork install and was done by 2 pm. They guys were extremely respectful and answered all our questions and some questions we didn’t think to ask. There was an issue with a broken wire on our end that caused the unit to stop working over night (was working perfect when the installed it for hours before the broken wire quit working) but they came out right away and fixed it no questions asked. We were extremely pleased with 865 HVAC and will continue to use them for years to come!

We have used 865 HVAC a couple of times and we have been very satisfied. They put in all new duct work for our stove. They were responsive and did quality work. Will be using 865 HVAC in the future.
