This company is fantastic. Incredibly timely on repairs and beat all the pricing of other companies. We were told by another company that it would take 60 days to receive a part and the labor charge was astronomical. 865HVAC was able to obtain the part in 10 days and was one fourth of the cost. Prior to their arrival, we received a text with the technicians name and photo. The technician, Quincey, was so courteous, professional, and thorough. 865HVAC is superior to all other HA companies. We will never use anyone else other than 865 moving forward! Thank you for such amazing service and competitive rates! 5 stars all the way!

We had such a great experience with 865 HVAC. After having 2 outrageous quotes, I called TJ and he had guys out with in 45 minutes for a quote MUCH more reasonable than the other corporate competitors. We decided to move forward with our project and he fit us in their schedule only days later. This crew worked fast, but did not cut into the quality of work. We are so happy with the finished product. This crew was kind, professional and we look forward to working with them again in the future! Choose local!
