Brian, Devon and Fred arrived on time,(actually early) and installed new condenser and evaporater coil in a fast and professional manner. All extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very nice job with installation. I wouldn't even had known they were there after. Left the area cleaner then when they started the job. Very happy.

I had the pleasure of working with Hunter at Pioneer Heating and AC. He was professional and courteous throughout the encounter. After doing a thorough inspection, Hunter took the time to show me what was wrong and fully explain the problem. He provided me with several options and outlined the expected costs for each. He did this in a very respectful manner and gave me the time I needed to weigh my options.

My installation was completed by Tucker and Joe and they were just as professional and pleasant to work with. The communication was excellent and the work done was fantastic! I really appreciate the quality job they did and highly recommend their installation services!

James did a great job during a recent maintenance call. He identified a few issues that were promptly corrected. He was also able to explain everything in a way that easy to understand. Best tech I have had.

We highly recommend them! Our water heater started leaking two days ago, we figured out what the issue was yesterday. We contacted them today, they gave us an estimate and came and got a new one put in all in the same day! They did amazing work, we will go through them definitely in the future. It’s also a plus that you can use a Home Depot credit card.

Had the house upgraded from 100 amp to 200 amp electric service. Josh did a great job. The inspector came and was very impressed. He checked the entire system and said it was done correctly and professional. Passed inspection and everything in the house works perfect. Josh was thorough and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you Pioneer staff. Would highly recommend.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit a few weeks ago and made the call to Pioneer. Technician Gavin Thomas came out in a timely manner and identified the issue. He was very personable, professional, and thorough in his explanations of what was going on. I appreciate Gavin and the Pioneer team; I would highly recommend this company for any AC issues.

Dekota Warren just came out and installed a new water heater and PRV at my home. He offered to go get a new water heater when the first one had a dent in it. Very professional and friendly

I’ve used Pioneer now for quite some time and continue to be impressed. I called with an issue this morning that concerned me. They had a tech at my house that afternoon and took great care of me. Jason Barnard was the tech and I could not have been more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Companies like this seem to be few and far between anymore.

Hunter and Chris came out to inspect our A/C unit; both were very professional and knowledgeable; compliment each other and made a great Team. Turns out we need a new unit; very pleased with presentation and speed of installation of new unit by weeks end! Highly recommend for future needs.

3 days later and install team came out to put in new A/C upstairs!
