Good install, fun guys (Lee, Tucker). Had a small problem but I called on a Saturday and they sent Troy (I think) who got it fixed in 5 seconds. Rex was cool to bring a cover out. Davey rocks. The whole experience was good

I hired Pioneer to look at my HVAC system that had major issues during the summer, which the original installer could not fix. Pioneer found the problem, explained in easily understood wordage, and presented options. I had Pioneer install a new unit, which they did quickly and professionally. The new unit is working great. I will definitely use Pioneer again, they know HVAC systems, produce great results, and would recommend them to others.

Great service, I used them and am very happy but now they have started sending promotions and ads to my email and text and I cannot get rid of them, I have even called. and they say they can not stop, bad,bad , just more junk mail and texts.

Unfortunately my heating unit went out and I had to replace it. FORTUNATELY Pioneer H&A sent out 2 great young gentleman named Fred and Devin. Fred and Devin blew me away with their knowledge and professionalism. They were finished by lunch and even cleaned up their work area leaving it better than it was before they started. They very thoroughly explained the operation of my new system and left me with the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. I will with out a doubt use Pioner for any of my hvac needs and will also refer them to everyone else i know for theirs also. Thank you again Pioneer for an absolutely delightful service and keep up the great work!

Let me just tell you, wow. It seems like today when searching for businesses, they’re all about how much money they’re going to make out of you, by asserting the least effort possible. Pioneer went out of their way to come and work on my unit, AFTER HOURS, two techs Fred, and Devin if I am not mistaken came immediately, diagnosed the issues with my unit and they reviews competitive rates and gave me the best pricing possible, they had to go out of their way to find the right part, which they then gave me at a lower rate, and had my unit back up and running without making me feel robbed! I highly recommend this company and these two techs and will be a returning customer for my other units ! Thank you pioneer !

Previous visit was a 2 star:
Service after the sell is inadequate at best.
Pioneer made 4 service calls to fix the same problem of my HVAC shutting down my heating. On two of these they did nothing but still charged me for the service call. They said the problem would be corrected if I put in a new control panel. It seems to be working now after a second service call, which I was not charged.
Second issue: Due to a respiratory illness my wife has and needing to eliminating a serious problem of insulation particles coming thru the ductwork and out the vents. Pioneer installed an air filtration system at a cost of $3,599.00. This system has not reduced the insulation dust as it is still settling on our furniture and carpet. I’ve made repeated calls to discuss this issue but the person will not return my call.
