Pioneer recently installed a new heat pump for me. I was very impressed with the service. Austin took time to explain my options and helped me understand the right fit for my home. Gave me options and I didn't feel pressured. He was very knowledgeable and very familiar of how the e-score program worked. Lee and Davey did a great job with the install. Kept me informed of the progress and answered any questions I had. They kept the area very clean and made sure everything was clean when they left. Everyone was super friendly and they came out same day when I requested a quote. The communication was excellent as well.

Service is ALWAYS GREAT. Service Techs are on time, call before coming to let you know they are on their way. After arriving they let you know the steps they are taking, the items they are checking and if we have any questions or concerns. They will even change the filters for you and take the old dirty ones with them.
I get a check sheet to let me know exactly what they checked and how my unit is working. I have been a customer since I bought my condo in 2007 and I have been extremely happy with Pioneer's service. I trust them. The Service Man I had as Wesley and he was very very GOOD.

This first experience with Pioneer was excellent from start to finish. Incredibly competent, professional, friendly people, and an excellent product, well installed. Top-notch. Great phone reception on the initial call to Clinton TN location, fast follow-up to visit property and provide estimate, kept the scheduled installation appointment, and brought a fantastic, hard-working, knowledgeable and really nice crew to do the tough on-site work. It's not a "pop-it-in" job, it's hard work, and I was genuinely impressed. Totally satisfied. And cool : )

We used Pioneer for a new HVAC unit and duct cleaning and we love our new unit. We finally have actual heat in our home and air for the summer. They were an amazing company and have great people working for them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC assistance.

One of the zones for our air conditioner stopped working, of course it was during the hottest stretch of days. I did a little research and saw positive reviews on Pioneer, so I gave them a call and scheduled a maintenance visit. It was easy to get an appointment for the following day, and the technician was prompt and polite and knowledgeable. He had to replace a part that had gone bad and had things up and running quickly. I would definitely recommend using them as I had a good experience overall. -Ron

Pioneer has wonderful customer service!!!! They made sure and had appointment reminders and the tech called 30 minutes before and arrived on time. He did a thorough job and was very nice. We will definitely use them again!!!!

This is a good company to work with! We have been customers for almost 5 years now, with no complaints. Today they surprised me by exceeding their own level of customer service. From the technicians who came to our home to the office staff to the service manager, they each worked hard to solve our issue. They were fair and quick with a resolution. They showed why it's important to work with a local company and support the people behind the business. We will continue to work with Pioneer and recommend them wholeheartedly.

We have a $12,000 new Heat An Air system installed in our home. They plumbed the drain tube to the septic system and for 3 1/2 years we had fumes coming into our house and didn’t know it. I’ve had major respiratory problems because of this. When we called they tried to put us off for a week and we had to get another Heat An Air company to come out here and fix it. Now the system is not working at all and they’re telling us July 15 before they can come. Terrible service and I’m a realtor and will tell everyone I know what has happed.
