Austin and Aiden were here all day finishing up a total re-plumb, duct work and new water heater installation. Their work was excellent and professional. We also had Rosa and several other people on this (pretty big) job over the last week. All of them were great.

We had a quote from a local company we had used for years that told us that we had the most expensive part go out as soon as our house was listed for sale. Upon the recommendation of our friend and real estate agent's son, we called Pioneer for a second opinion. We even told Pioneer and the tech what this issue was. Their tech Gavin Thomas spent hours to fully test the system - - rather than a $3,700.00+ fix, this gentleman got our unit up and fully running for just over $700!!! Very grateful they were so thorough and did not take advantage of knowing what our first estimate was.

I am blown away! The two men who came out here today, were on time, extremely polite, very knowledgeable and classy men. They knew exactly what we needed done and without a question. We have been customers with Pioneer heat and air since 2008 when we built our home. The service has gotten increasingly better each and every year which is very refreshing this day and time.

Let me start by saying how much I appreciate Pioneer H&A! I bought my first unit from Pioneer shortly after my husband passed away in 2007. That unit recently needed some MAJOR repairs be done to it that would cost me a lot of money. I didn’t have the money to buy a new unit so of course I chose to repair the unit. They were scheduled to do the repairs last week, but Joe LNU, a sales manager with Pioneer, showed up at my door the day the repairs were to be done (I truly believe he was Heaven sent). He offered me a price for a new unit that I could afford and Joe (a different Joe) and Jaden came yesterday, Memorial Day, and installed my new unit (thank you Lord)!!! They were very professional and definitely knew what they were doing!!! Pioneer H&A is very fortunate to have these two employees as well as every one of their employees, from maintenance to office employees!!!!

You know the line…you get what you pay for…well you get EXCELLENCE with Pioneer!!!!! I recommend them highly!!!!!

The tech was very knowledgeable. Explained to us what he would be doing and share the results with us after completing and shared pictures with us also. Felt very comfortable having him on our home even though he was a stranger. Look forward to further contact with this company

Dekota Warren just came and replaced a valve under my house and a piece on my water heater. He was so professional and explained everything to me . He is an employee that any employer would be proud of. He went above and beyond the call to fix my problem. Pioneer Heating and air and plumbing is 5 star!

He was professional and personable. Chis confirmed that a replacement part was under the manufacturer's warranty and reduced the cost accordingly.

I had an excellent experience with Hunter Bowling of Pioneer Heating and Air. He did trouble shooting on a problem in our 13 year old system. He explained the cost of a "fix" versus the cost of a new unit. After discussing the advantages and disadvantages, I opted for a new unit.
