What a disappointment. I had a service call scheduled 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. After the technician missed the appointment, I called the main office. Their response was "Sorry, would you like him to come tomorrow?" I was in a bind, so I agreed. He showed up the following day and I received a repair estimate a couple of days later. I scheduled the repair with a window of 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm. At 4:50 pm I received a call stating they didn't actually have the part and they were rescheduling yet again. When the technician finally showed up the following day, he didn't fix anything and insisted I was responsible for the repair bill. In summary, 2 no-shows, no heat, and a bill. I thought these guys were better than this.

Pioneer is terrible to work with. I highly suggest you use a reputable company. I only called them because my system was supposed to be under warranty. They refused to honor the warranty because it "hadn't been transferred" when we bought the house. Thermostat had power before tech arrived. Tech diagnosed a bad thermostat and wanted $250 to replace it. I declined. When tech left, thermostat no longer had power. 2nd Pioneer tech says transformer and thermostat bad. Only person who touched my system was Pioneer. The service manager refused to fix the blown transformer his tech caused. Refused to refund initial service charge. Refused to take any responsibility. Quoted $350 to replace the transformer. Actual price of the replacement transformer was $29. Took 5 minutes to replace. The whole interaction felt like a scam to get me to spend more money. When I declined all of a sudden I had more broken parts.
I will never do business with these people again and I highly suggest you don't either.

Nothing but praise for the technicians that installed the new system. My old one had failed and I had no heat in January - they prioritized my work. I had asked whether there was a way to reduce the noise from the air intake in my dining room - they delivered big time. After removing the old system, the wall in the garage was stained and ugly - they spent the extra half hour to paint it. When it looked as if they might not finish in one day, they brought in 2 additional techs to help with the AC unit. Excellent job! Great people, great company!!

One of our AC units went out while we were on vacation. I called Pioneer and they were able to send Sutton to our house the next day. He determined the blower motor was out but still under warranty. Pioneer ordered the part and Kaitlin kept me posted on when it would be in. Troy came out one week after the first call and installed the new motor. He also replaced the thermostat with a model that is much easier to use. He was fast and efficient and the price was very reasonable. We love Pioneer - they have always provided great service. And I highly recommend their Spring and Fall maintenance agreement, which is well worth it.

We had Pioneer install a new electric heat and A/C system about 2 years ago and it has worked flawless in winter and summer. I shopped around and actually paid a couple hundred dollars more with these guys but it was money well spent for a 10 yr warranty the company and product has lived up to everything the sales person said. They were always on time and even the installers were just as professional as the sales person.

UPDATED REVIEW: I received a call from the Service Manager, Mike, this morning. He listened to the experience I had and thanked me for giving him the opportunity to speaking with me to improve his team. The Sales Manager, Chris, came out to provide me a quote. Both were very professional and great to work with. Bad experiences happen, but they made every effort possible to make it right and I appreciate that. Thank you!!
Worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Very Inconsiderate and uninformative. I called Friday to schedule a water heater replacement, and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival on Monday. When I called at 3:20 (after the original “ballpark” time I was given to expect a call), I was told that I was on the schedule for between 6:30-7 and that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival; when I reached back out at 7:20, I got the after hours service line which could over no assistance. I waited all day for the scheduled service call, even having to inconvenience friends to sit at my house while I picked my kids up from school (same time as my original expected time given) only for them to never show up or call to let me know that they wouldn’t be here. I had been referred to them by friends who had a positive experience, but sorry to say that mine was not the same.
