Max Daniels was the technician on the service call and did a fast and good job. Very satisfied

Technician came out for a maintenance call and left untaped holes in my AC unit because “he didn’t have any more tape on the truck” (I live 10 minutes from the office). Tech said he found a problem with the heat exchanger, but refused to show me, and did not tell me the part was under warranty.

After multiple calls, the supervisor came out and went over everything, and said he’d give me a refund and check on a part warranty.

Weeks later, I have not received a refund and I had to contact the manufacturer myself to find out the part was still under warranty.

If I ever get the refund, I’ll amend it to 2 stars.

My old HVAC units finally needed to be replaced, I quoted with 4 different companies in Knoxville and settled on Pioneer for what I felt was the best value for the quality. They have Trane, and they had the best price on it.

Job was scheduled and the crew showed up on time and got it done. Amazing the amount of stuff they pulled out of my house, and then stuff they installed into my house all on the same day. New AC was up and running that afternoon and the difference in cooling is huge.

They also did a water heater for me earlier, same value for quality as mentioned above. I got a State water heater and I'm real happy with the installation in the garage.

Overall would highly recommend, they provide good service and value for the money.

This was my first time working with Pioneer and I’m definitely beyond impressed! We decided to replace the old unit in our fixer upper home before it went out and move the inside unit to a better location so we could refinish our basement. Our technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They kept a clean work area and respected my home, which was important to me. All the employees were extremely friendly and even confirmed with me placement on various items to ensure my happiness. You have an awesome team and I will be referring everyone I know to you guys. Another great service call for maintenance on my two heat & air units! Technician Chris Ullery arrived on time as scheduled and was polite, professional and answered all questions that I asked. He also had some great suggestions for cleaner air to help control my frustrating Tennessee allergies. I’ve used Pioneer for about 10 years and they have installed two units for us and have always done a great job.

Pioneer came out to address our heating and Air problem. They did not catch the problem the first or even the second time. However, I want to give them a five-star review because they found the problem the third time, and apologized for not catching it. To be fair, it was a tricky problem.They also did not charge me for coming out the two additional times. I will keep using them. They are a reliable and professional company.

Hunter repaired our HVAC unit today. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Answered ALL my questions in a way I could understand. Would welcome him back anytime.
Only reason not a 5 star was because of the weekend service call rate. Had to go two days without heat. I know this was my choice, but that was just too much.
Especially not knowing if I may have to wait til Monday for parts.
Otherwise everything was great.

Billy and his apprentice installed a sink and an upflush toilet in my laundry room. They were professional.They were courteous. I will definitely be using pioneer heating and air from now on. They will be the first company I call.

Chris U. was our technician and he was a complete professional and very knowledgeable. He showed pictures of the unit and its components and made non pressured suggestions to maintain the system.
