Pioneer Heating & Air

I have used Pioneer for over 20 years for annual inspections and maintenance of my HVAC system. Also, have used their plumbing services. I continue to be pleased with their services and will continue to use them. Keep up the great work.

We recently (04/24/23) had a new heat=pump system installed. The entire crew did a great job. However, Fred and Devin did an excellent job completing the install and cleaning up afterwards. They took time to explain how the new thermostat worked, and were polite and courteous throughout the entire process.

Hunter and Chris were very professional and explained every aspect so my mother could understand

Good service and I appreciate the fact that Jacob found a water leak to one of my outside faucets under the house.
He showed me the leak and even suggested the issue that possibly caused it and luckily I had a cut off valve to stop the leak which very fortunate he caught before the cold weather set in.
Hope he bagged a deer this past Saturday and see him hopefully next spring for next service

We love Pioneer. They put in our heat pump a few years ago and did a fantastic job.

I have been using Pioneer to service my Generac emergency generator for several years now. They always bring the right parts and kit , are knowledgeable and courteous. They also show up in the time frame promised which is a big deal for me. I recommend and will continue to use as long as service is as good as it has been since I started using them. A+.

Sutton E. Was on time, very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and was very patient and kind. My issue was an easy fix (thankfully) and he explained it very well.
Pioneer has always been helpful and and eager to assist us when there has been an issue or concern. I called this morning with a very limited time frame and they were accommodating and expedient.

Fall inspection/maintenance of Heating/Cooling systems. Changed capacitors on both units. Chris was very friendly and thorough. Will definitely continue to use Pioneer.
