We’ve been using Pioneer for years. They were recommended to us by a builder friend who said he wouldn’t use anyone else! They installed our current heat pump several years ago and also replaced damaged ductwork, plus other services. We use their convenient and inexpensive preventive maintenance program twice a year, and we just had them come out. This keeps everything running top notch. They are always on time and text & call in advance. Very professional and always willing to answer questions and help out! They have been there for us during emergencies as well. Love this company!

Upon a reference for Pioneer, we called about installing a new unit for the upstairs of our house. They came out quickly, gave us a recommendation on what type of unit. We agreed on a price and install date and were very pleased with this part of the service. At the same time, they were going to service the downstairs unit and do some minor ductwork repair which did not happen! After the new install, we were told "Someone will call". After several days, we called and they could try to schedule it a few weeks out! When we mentioned that this was not the original plan, we just got brushed off. It appears they only wanted the big money new install and not the maintenance work.

Had a new connection for a dual fuel range installed on my existing gas system. Ending up needing the whole system brought up to code, which cost me more than I was wanting to spend yet I received professional results quickly. Alex and Dakota were both knowledgeable, professional and all around good people. My gas lines can handle anything I wish to add in the future as well. Great job.
