Great guys that got it done! Dave and Dakota went above and beyond to install a new water heater (in the ceiling of a garage). Dave caught an electrical issue that would've been a headache of troubleshooting. Dakota and Fred even ended up doing a bonus job. Very polite and patient with my questions. Stuff breaks and it's great to have someone to call for heat/cool/plumbing/elect.

We are just starting to research Heat/Air units since our unit is about 26 yrs. old. We needed lot of education on new units. Kenny gave us an excellent education, explaining well what we did not understand. No decision today but we are better informed. Thanks, Kenny, you did a great job!

Incredible job. Jason B. took the time to diagnose my problem thoroughly, and beat my other quote by a truly staggering amount.

I’ve used Pioneer at several different houses and have always been pleased with their service and maintenance. They’re on time, and they try to explain exactly what it is if something is going wrong with the system. As things get older, I know they require maintenance checkups and I want those checkups regularly. Since I know nothing about HVAC I am trusting them for truth and price accordingly to repair when needed. I hope I’ve been treated fairly. Life gets a little harder when you’re putting all trust in one company, but my dad trusted the owner and I’m following dad’s footsteps. They’re the first ones I would call for help and I trust that our unit will not break down. Thanks, Chris U!

Pioneer scheduled an excellent technician for us the next day after we called. He repaired our system in one visit even though it was a damaged computer board that he was able to replace from his repair truck. He left everything in good operating condition. We have always used Pioneer because they are reliable and local.

Chris Ullery with Pioneer Heating & Air Conditioning did us an excellent job. We have counted on Pioneer to take care of our home for many years now and we have always been satisfied.

Chris Ullery from Pioneer Heat & Air was my service tech today to do the preventive maintenance on my HVAC unit and the service on my Generac generator. He was here on time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all my questions and didn't mind my curiosity. He was very knowledgeable about his work and presented company specials for future service visits that helped save me money. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Pioneer Heat and Air for all future service needs.

Condensation pump Pioneer installed 3 months ago constantly running and shutting off my thermostat. Tyler and James came out today and found the problem and fixed it, and installed a new pump while only charging me the service call fee. Courteous men and the problem solved!

Great service from Pioneer as always! Our maintenance technician, Chris U., was thorough, knowledgeable, and efficient. This is a great company with polite and friendly employees.

We had a new unit installed on July 6th. (They said they would come back to tack up the trim to our attic. Never came back for that) on July 15th we called to inform them it was not cooling properly. They said since it was after hours it would be $270 plus to come out. I refused-it’s a brand new unit! They came out on the 18th of July to look at the unit. The tech said he topped off our freon? (Again new unit?) My husband questioned this because we were told this unit didn’t have freon and the tech chuckled and said it’s just easier to say freon because most people don’t know what the other is. He also recommended a different kind of filter.
The 21st of July at 9:15 pm as we are settling into bed we notice leaks in our ceiling. Moments later the fire alarm starts going off. Water is leaking from our fire alarm and ceiling! We call the emergency number and she informs me they stop taking service calls after 8:00 pm. Really?? Really??? She said they will have a tech call in the morning, I said we have a fire alarm going off and she says to me I told you what I have written here and they will call in the morning. As I tell the receptionist I am going to need a manager/owner to call me in the morning, she hangs up on me! Are you kidding me!!
*Update*
Since it was past 8:00 pm on July 21st and after their allowed emergency call times we removed 15 plus gallons of water from the overflow drain pan ourselves.
July 22nd-Tech came out after I called the next morning again. He said the drain pipe was clogged. When I had asked him why was that not changed out with install he said it was hidden under duct work.
When I asked why did the float switch not shut off the unit when the overflow pan was becoming full he said it was due to a bad switch. (New unit?)
When I called and asked to speak to a manager the tech informed me there are not any in the office today. How ironic… I then informed him that the unit is still not cooling properly at 73 degrees and it being set at 68 degrees. They are sending out another tech..
**Update**
They have been out 2 more times since the last update. The unit is still not performing properly. The humidity is horrible. You can feel a difference in the air when you walk up the stairs to the second floor. They were supposed to have someone come out and fix the water damage however we still haven’t heard from anyone.
