I was in a pickle and they were able to work me in. The specialist was very professional and polite despite having an extra job tacked on to a already busy day. He did an excellent job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Dakota did a great job. He was on time and very professional.

One morning I realized that our HVAC system was not cooling. I called the company that had installed the system when the house was built and had done service a few years ago when the compressor failed. They said it would be a few days before they could get to us as they were "slammed". One of our neighbors works for 865 HVAC and said he thought they might be able to get to us that day. I called and one of the techs lives a few minutes away and came with in 30 minutes. Repair took about 40 minutes and the price was very reasonable.
I highly recommended 865 HVAC.

We had a great experience! Our AC stopped working/froze up on us.
We called around 8pm on a Saturday and they came out by noon the next day (Sunday). No up charge for a weekend call! They helped get us running that day until a permanent fix could be installed Monday. We’ve since hired them for maintenance and they even gave us some helpful tips with our unit. We didn’t even have to make a payment until they finished the work on that Monday. We would highly recommend them to anyone around!

865 HVAC was great! Great service! Saved me a lot of time and money. Would definitely recommend if you are in need of a honest and reliable company to work on your heat and air. Our units are only 5 years old and I called a different company to take a look and was told we needed 4200 worth of repairs. 865 HVAC looked at it for a second option and it turns out there is nothing wrong with our units. It was a minor problem and it was fixed quickly. Extremely happy we called them!!

TJ and his crew were awesome. Extremely fast response time. Within 2 days, these guys were able to have a brand new unit installed and working flawlessly. They even filled up my awful 30 year old unit for free to get me through to the install with some cold air.

I received service the same day I placed the call. I was notified when the technician was on his way. He addressed all of my concerns and diagnosed the problem. The next day he returned with the new part and installed it. Very efficient and pleased with the service. I will definitely use this company for future HAVAC issues.
