I was referred to 865HVAC by a friend. From the time I spoke with Charity, and technician Darrin initially came out to look at the issue, and until the completed install by Dakota they were all professional, kind, and understanding. Dakota did an amazing job and he was so kind and courteous. I so appreciate the time Dakota took with the small details and clean-up. I highly recommend 865HVAC!

Dakota, Travis and Caleb were all excellent to work with. We had our a/c go out on July 3rd. Called 865HVAC and had Caleb come out same day. Ended up having to get a new unit and they had it installed on July 4th. Couldn’t be more pleased with overall service especially on a holiday. We highly recommend these guys and 865HVAC!

Dakota came to my house after I noticed that my baby's room was unusually warm. He told us that a part for our HVAC broke just from wear and tear/age. He was thorough and explained the problem clearly. On top of that, he was understanding of my concerns as a new mother and the rising temperature in the house during the summer. He offered to get us the portable unit so that we could cool our house until the part came to replace it. He came back at 9 pm just so our house could be cooled down which eased my anxious mind. When I was unsure where to place the unit, Dakota offered to move it until I was satisfied. You can tell he is family oriented and considered my feelings and concerns. He did all of this without complaining and with a smile on his face. I really appreciated his kindness towards us.

Excellent experience. Travis came in and quickly found a fix for the issues. He kept us informed on what maintenance was being done and how he was going to find a solution. Very professional and respectful. In and out in no time with problems solved. Highly recommend.

TJ gave a great first impression of this business when He came out to find the problem with our unit and he was professional,upfront and honest about every option. We decided on a replacement since our unit was old and outdated. Travis and Daniel came out to do the replacement and the job they done is exceptional. Everything is done nice and neat and much better than the way the previous one was installed. High quality job by these guys.I highly recommend this company as I will be using them whenever needed in the future.

HVAC865 was extremely quick at getting someone out to fix my unit. They made it the super early in the day and my unit was back up and working by 11am. They have someone on call 24-7 and will make emergency visit after hours. Dakota was our technician and he was super professional and kind during the whole process. I would highly recommend this business.
