Cantrell's Heat & Air

Called this company for a repair, he said unit was old and needed replaced but he could replace the fan motor for $482 but didn’t know how long it would last. So I asked for a estimate on a new unit told me he would get back with me and said no charge on coming out since he didn’t do any repairs. I called back and got the quote which was high will low seers for the unit, told them I was just going to get a friend to
replace the fan motor and in the meantime save for a new unit. After being told no charge for service I get a bill in the mail for a service charge! I paid the bill after being lied to, stating there would be no charge, well I for sure will never recommend this company or use them for anything!

I received prices from 5 different companies and Cantrell's had the best price and the longest interest free financing from Wells Fargo. They were very friendly and did a great job! I'm a very picky person to work for and they made sure I was happy with their work.

My heating went out on a Sunday, I called Cantrell’s Monday morning, and they were able to send someone out. His name was Tim, he was a very polite, and knowledgeable young man. He said it was a bad circuit board, and that he would have to order one. He came back on Tuesday morning, installed the new board, and it’s working great.

I have used Cantrell's several times for heating and air service and I would definitely recommend them.

Tim viewed my old system and recommended a replacement package unit. He was very helpful and provided specific recommendations and models to purchase. Brandon & Josh installed a new 3.5 ton Amana package unit. They were very professional and completed the installation in about 4 hours. They took care to install the new unit and pick-up when done. Brandon programmed the new thermostat and explained each of the features before turning on the furnace and checking to see it was functioning properly. Job well done!

Called Cantrell's for a second opinion having just been told by a competitor that it would cost $1800 to repair my heating system. Jonas visited my home to diagnose my system and found only a faulty switch which I had one to replace it. He swapped it out and tested the system which then ran as it should. I only paid for the service call which you can imagine was a far cry less expensive then their competitors estimate. Call Cantrell's if you want honest and courteous service. This company believes in building a customer base by being honest. As such, I've now become a loyal customer.

Our AC wasn't working at full strength -- I called on a Friday afternoon, didn't have to wait on hold, and they had someone at our house by Monday morning. Chase was friendly, professional, efficient, and our unit is running like it's supposed to again. Thank you!

After two quotes I contacted Cantrell’s for a third just out of curiosity; honestly had no plan to use them. They provided me with a same day quote and delivered a better product for lower price than other companies. Scheduled install for following work day(after weekend). Team called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. They showed up on time and worked together as a team to compete the job; install of a hot water heater, ac and furnace. They even stayed longer to ensure the job was done right and no short cuts were done. After the install they cleaned up all work and answered questions. What more could a customer ask for?

We heard about Cantrell’s from someone in our neighborhood. Our A/C went out last night and we called first thing this morning and Jonas fixed it before 11am! We have a newborn and appreciated the super fast and friendly service. Very reasonably priced and we will definitely use them for all future heat and air needs!

This is the second time I have contacted these folks about an ailing HVAC unit. Both times, they have promptly dispatched help. Tim is professional and also very nice. Was kind enough to explain the problem to me and to schedule a repair to correct the issue in a couple of weeks, when we weren't facing snow! These folks are the best and are my ONLY HVAC repair I will call!
