I only use Cantrell's now. The service is outstanding and the prices can not be beaten in this area. I really can't express how happy I was with the technician, Jeff, that came out and the company and relieved to find a heating and air company that can assess the issue AND fix it the first time. I've used several other companies in knoxville over the years and was let down every time.

They did an excellent job explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. The quote they gave me was best I received, and the work was done very well and on time. I will definitely go back to them when my new HVAC needs service.
