Dakota showed up in a timely manner and proceeded to efficiently diagnose the issue we were having after a botched attempt to install a new thermostat. He was friendly and professional, and we were so happy 865 HVAC was able to send someone same day because we were burning up! We were surprised at the affordability and the quick response from the company. 10/10 would call again!

Travis was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind! He arrived early for our appointment, explained everything he was going to do/ did and even gave us some tips on how we can improve around our unit. Excellent service and we would recommend 865HVAC to everyone!

My parents and brother have used TJ for many years and have always been pleased. So when my ac unit wouldn't turn on I gave them a call. Dakota had my unit running again within an hour and forty five minutes from the time I first called them with the problem. The repair cost was very reasonable. Just had a new unit installed that replaced a 25 year old unit. The whole team was great to work with. Travis came out and gave us an honest assessment and price. JR has been great to deal with in getting me a good price i felt comfortable with. Dakota and Daniel were the nicest technicians that set up the unit. Shortly after installing everything, i messed up the thermostat trying to activate it on my app. They both came right back out after hours and reset the thermostat and made sure i had the app set up right. They are both nice guys and since they mostly live in Corryton, it feels good to work with neighbors you can trust. Would definetly recommend without hesitation

Caleb is great! Called late on a Saturday night and he was here within 30 minutes and had our A/C fixed within an hour! Great company and great technician!

Best company! 24 hour call service for booking appointments. They had my A/C fixed the same morning. Staff was professional and very nice, and Caleb (technician they sent) was very knowledgeable and quick to help out. Highly recommend!

Dakota was very professional and explained everything he had done. I'm so glad we got the spring and fall maintenance check for $99. It makes me feel good knowing our units are ready for summer. Very nice young man, made sure he introduced himself to me.

Travis did a phenomenal job. Was quick to ID the problem. Replaced our drain line and added a cap for easy clean out. I would recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC service!
