Highly recommend this company. Travis has been my tech thus far and he is very knowledgeable and always explains in good detail. Very professional and good quality service. I feel like these guys take their time on the job, and do things the right way.

Caleb with 865 HVAC showed up to do our routine maintenance for our AC unit as scheduled. He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that he did, even showing me pictures of before and after clean up on my unit. My service was done by Travis May. When I called I explained that my air has been out for 3 weeks and being a new homeowner money is tight and I needed someone to be honest and explain the problem to me so I could make arrangements Incase I had to replace the unit. Travis talked to his boss and told him my situation. His reply was go check it out and see what you can do. Luckily the problem was simple and all I had to pay was the service fee.

Had a new package unit installed by 865, and the experience was great. They came when they said they would and had my AC fixed in less than a day. Definitely recommend.

Zeke was awesome! Had no trouble coming late on a Saturday night and was able to fix our AC to set us up for a cool weekend in the middle of the summer. Saved us buckets of sweat!

Dakota arrived on time and ready to work. He solved several problems we knew about and some he made us aware of. He was personable and informative. We are extremely pleased with the work and the cost.

We were having issues with our thermostat. 865 HVAC came out the next day, even earlier than expected (a text was sent stating he was on his way). TJ fixed the issue quickly, was courteous and very professional. We will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend them.
