Travis did a phenomenal job tending to my unit both on Thursday night & Friday! He was very professional and thorough in his explanations as to what the problem was, and what needed fixing. At the end of his service, my unit was back up and running and already cooling down my house! Thank you, Travis, for being super!!!

Can’t recommend 865HVAC enough. We came home to our Unit and thermostats all off. Sent then an email request and had someone out at 930am today. Zeke was on time and went through a full diagnostic to find a short. Once that was fixed, it was working again. He tested every zone before leaving. Pricing was great. Will be calling them back from now on!

Each time I call for a need, they are kind and courteous. They have been quick to respond and have made it very convenient to set up times to come out. Our unit was leaking. They came out right away. Dakota was very professional and got the job done quickly. I've used these guys twice now and they always been great.

Had an issue with unit and the technician was awesome. Was able to correct the issue and install a thermostat that required some wiring checks and recommended future upgrades. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. Previously told by another service major repair and replacement required. No such thing with these people. Honest and genuine quote and subsequent repair.
