Brannon resolved the “reset” of our furnace over the phone. Joanne and I are impressed that he listened to our voicemail, even though he was on the road to a customer. This was during TVA’s rolling brown outs & single digit temps. He took our call December 24th. I’d imagine many contractors would not answer the phone on that particular day, especially if they were already busy with customers. We really appreciated Brannon’s professional discipline to make himself available to a customer, for as long as it would take to resolve the issue. It had been several years since he had been to our house to install the Goodman furnace. Brannon provided excellent service then, and he continues to deserve a five star rating today.
