HEP is on the way

They're uninsured, will destroy your home and block your number. Special place in eternal damnation for this company. They led me to attempt suicide due to them totaling my home. Didn't even set up a place for the water to leave my home, they let it dump into my basement causing over $500,000 worth of damage. Get away from these low life criminals.

Richard actually called and he had a slot to work me in early to do some maintenance on my AC systems. Richard was very professional, personable, and was able to explain in layman's terms the issues my systems were having. He laid out all the options on the table and approximate costs, and let me decide what I wanted done. No "pushiness" involved. Ended off topping off the coolants, but I know I will need to make larger decisions down the road a bit. HEP will definitely be in the running, especially if Richard is involved.

We had a water main break that required urgent repair. The technician who did the estimate (Luke) discovered corroded, leaking copper pipes under our house. So we had our water main and plumbing for the entire house replaced. We appreciate Luke, Jesse, Zach, Bryan, Tyler, Mike, Charles and Malorie. Each of these people did a fantastic job. I believe Tyler and Mike plumbed the house. They put in a very long day to get the job done. We are very impressed with the quality of work on this urgent job. We highly recommend HEP Is On The Way.

Justin was awesome! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our unit, and got the house cooled back down. He was great to talk to and the price was great. I highly recommend HEP and Justin for your home.

We had an issue with our heat/air system that was installed in Dec. Called the company to report issue. Even though it was after hours. The service tech, James, was here in maybe 1 1/2 hrs. He was very friendly and very helpful. He had the problem fixed in no time. And air was back on. Thank you so much James. And thanks to the person who answered the phone when I called. Sorry I don't remember her name. We have used this company alot the past few years. And we have never been disappointed.

Rarely do we call for service when our day is going well. Suffering both a water leak and electrical issue, HEP was there for me. Julia returned my service request quickly and politely worked me into the schedule as quickly as possible. Adam called before he arrived so I had time to put the dogs away as so often “too many paws slow the progress”. Adam listened to my attempts to describe the issue, then began investigating the complex wiring left by the previous owners. To both of our astonishment, he found a previous electrical box *behind the book shelf*!? Apparently, during a previous renovation, many circuits were bridged from the original to the new panel installed in the garage. Undaunted, Adam quickly found the faulty bridge, ran a new modern connection and new breaker and Ta-da, fixed!! Very, very pleased with the level of service, professionalism and fair cost to have this mystery resolved. Will gladly call on HEP again.

Totally awesome and amazing experience! Customer service was pleasant and professional, and our plumber Chris was super and amazing. He came in and diagnosed the problem right away, looked at everything that was associated with our water line and gave us his best recommendations to get the job done. Couldn't ask for a better company to come in and handle our issue. Thank you HEP for everything you have done for us!

Our house only had one shutoff valve so when our shower broke we were completely without water. HEP was able to come after normal service hours and do an emergency fix so we could still have water in the toilets and sinks for the meantime, and we received prompt service to fix the shower. We had new shutoff valves installed and had the old pipes in the house replaced to avoid further problems. Billy Burns and Mike Osborne did a fantastic job, Billy was very professional and friendly and communicated with my husband throughout the entire process. HEP's prices are a little more expensive than some of the local companies but for the quick and quality service we received we are very pleased.

Made an appointment for Monday afternoon. They no showed the appointment. We called and they apologized. They rescheduled for the next day. They were 2 hours late after being told I was not there for the appointment. I was told they were sending him back out. I watched him drive by the address 3 times. Which tells me he was never there to start with otherwise he would have known where the address was. I was then quoted $1,500 to fix 6 feet of exposed 4 inch pipe. 3 connectors, 1 Y pipe and 6 feet of pipe a total of $60.00 in materials. I dug the area around the pipe and clear it so it was ready to be fixed before they even got there. He called his "manager" back to see if he could do better on the price. Was then quoted $1,200 for at most a 90 min job. What a joke. That's $733.33 an hour after the cost of materials is subtracted. That more than tops a divorce attorneys rate in Hollywood.. My advice, you're in the wrong business and I feel sorry for anyone who contracts you to do their work as you are clearly way to proud of the menial work you are doing. I would appreciate a reply from the owner.

As you can read in their response "We have forwarded your concerns and service issues on to our management team. Someone will be in contact with you." No one has gotten in touch with me still.

My electrician Josh Butler just left here. The man did outstanding work. Highly recommend. Professional, courteous, and punctual.. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
