Great guys here! I'm a homeowner and amateur handyman trying to do all repairs I can myself. This last trip was a pressure switch for my furnace.

Monday after Christmas and furnace went out in my son’s house. Diagnosed the problem and identified the part. Called a half dozen places and no one open. Called Refco and gentleman answered phone and let me know he had the part and would meet me at the shop. He was a life saver and would recommend them. Great service!!

Open on Saturday! Staff was knowledgeable and very nice. I set my part on the counter and they immediately knew EXACTLY what It was and got everything taken care of. I spent less than 5 minutes inside start to finish. I am 100% going to be going back when ever I need any other A/C part. As well as directing all customers to them as well. Great job guys.

Very professional , easy to deal with. They treat me like I'm a million dollar customer even though I don't spend that. Unlike alot of other places here in town. Keep up the good work.

I went to buy some replacement part for my central heat and air unit and was treated like dirt. Had I realized there were more places to buy I would’ve went elsewhere. The owner is rude and condescending! As a small business owner and someone that shops local I was highly disappointed. Oh and if you’re not a contractor he doesn’t want your business and will charge you double! Spent $25 on a compacitor. Went to Northgate, on Clinton Highway, and spent $10 on one. Sounds like they charge as they wish as well.

I was referred to this place by another company I was needing a blower fan motor for my furnace the man at the counter was very rude to me for no reason at at all grabbed my motor looked at it said do you have a HVAC license I said no he said he didn't have it call a repair company wow what a attitude he had I run a landscaping business in Knox if I did that to customers I wouldn't be in business he had no people skills at all was not helpful and just plain rude I won't go BK and I'm going to tell everyone I know not to as well bad customer service the worst I'm one very angry lost customer ! period
