The scope was to add six LED can lights in an upstairs bonus room. Every phase of the job from the estimate to finish and cleanup was simply outstanding. Everything was covered with plastic so no mess. They marked the light locations before starting work so we could ensure it was what we wanted. Highly recommend and would be my first choice for the next job.

Wes was the Best! Wes called ahead of time so we knew when he would arrive. He was organized and knowledgeable. He had a great personality and explained what he was doing. The company sure employs great guys! Their maintenance program is well worth it!

James installed an HVAC SYSTEM in our attic to replace the old existing unit. He showed up at the scheduled time. He kept us informed throughout then process. He was very careful bringing the new unit up the stairs in our newly painted house.They also notified me when the technician was on his way, which is so convenient and helpful! Had a water back up. Great service from my first phone call. Chris Parker came to take care of the problem. He was above amazing. He was professional, very knowledgeable , courteous, patient with all my questions and took complete care of the problem.! He was also so neat you wouldn’t even know he had been here. We just had a new Lennox HVAC system installed. We are very impressed by the professional staff. After obtaining several bids, we chose Coleman because it was the best value for the quality, they have a proven track record, and we were presented a no pressure bid explaining everything to our satisfaction. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently to remove the old system and install the new one, and made sure we understood how to operate it efficiently. They left no trace, other than our new equipment, that they had been here. So far we're very satisfied, and we've been very comfortable with the temperature control.

Our technician, Ronnie, was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He arrived right on time and replaced the fan motor on our HVAC system in an hour. I really appreciated his (and John H. Coleman Co.’s) level of communication!
