David and Phil did such an excellent job. I have used David before when he was with a previous company and when I found out he was with John H Coleman I was able to schedule him to come out and fix my issue with my outdoor light. Not only did they arrive on time, they were able to get the job done very quick. They even with the extra mile and did not park in my driveway because he did not want to take the risk of getting it dirty Because it had been leaking a little bit of antifreeze.

Professional, hard workers, excellent communication. Installed tankless water heater, removed the old one, took care of the electrical for the unit, ran a new gas line into the house to accommodate needs, rerouted some existing lines, it was a pretty big project with a lot of small details. The guys at Coleman not only listened to our detailed requests, they did them - without us babysitting!!! They even fixed/finished a few things a previous plumber did incorrectly. Highly recommend this company.

So impressed with the responsiveness and knowledge of technician Chris who came to our home after the heat stopped working on a very cold weekend. He immediately identified the problem and performed a temporary solution to restore heat until the needed part could be ordered. Thanks Chris for getting the heat back on in our home! Austin came out to perform AC maintenance. He was on time, professional and took the time to explain what he found, what he did to help my AC, and what they will be keeping an eye on. I have used John H Coleman recently for also fan and lighting fixture installation. I had the same experience with the electrical team! Louis and Austin give 5 star service!

The two Coleman employees that serviced our unit were efficient, personable, and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job, did not make a mess, and briefed us on the results. They are credits to the company.

Called and made an appointment at least 1 week ahead of appointment and on the day of said appointment 4 hours and 20 minutes before, I was called and told they needed to reschedule. Will not do business with a company that does not respect my valuable time. If they can't show up at appointment time with at least 1 week notice how can I trust that they will actually show up and do the job when they say they will?
