I have been a Coleman customer for years. We even bought our new unit from them. I feel they are honest. There technicans are courteous and efficient and on time.

Have used John H. Coleman since purchasing our home in 2019. John Coleman actually designed the system (geo-thermal) in our home 30 years ago and it is still working! Service technicians are so very professional, knowledgeable, and always on time. Cannot say enough about the great service we always receive.

Both technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient in their work. I would definitely use this JH Coleman again.

Chris evaluated my plumbing, discussed issues of concern and provided suggests to address needed repairs.

David over at John H. Coleman went completely out of his way for some repairs we needed completed. Very professional and prompt at making sure everything was taken care of.

Our air conditioning unit went out on a Saturday night. We called Sunday morning at 11:30. The answering service was the most professional we have dealt with. In less than 10 minutes we received a call back from Chris Mann, who told us he would come around 1:00. At 12:58 he was pulling in our driveway. He got right to it and 45 minutes later he was done and my second floor is cooling. They are the best!!!! 5 stars.

Prompt, very personable workers, installed new heating/cooling system in a few hours time after repair attempts did not fix the problem.

I've been using Coleman semi-annual service and maintenance since we bought the house and when I had a problem with the condenser for the A/C they were out here very quickly and had it fixed. I've been very happy with their maintenance even during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend them to keep your system working in good order.

We have used John H. Coleman for years and would not even consider going elsewhere. They are the best!
