I have been using John H Coleman for years. Their ColemanCare program is a great option for staying on top of regular maintenance. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Highly recommend using John H Coleman for any heating and air needs.

Had a pretty simple issue with AC dampening actuator motor. They convinced me to sign up to their monthly schedule where I get 2 free ac tune ups and cleaning a year and 15% off all services. The guy who came out was great. However the price from the company was ridiculous. During normal business hours they wanted to charge ~$500 for a $100 part installed, which is on the outside of the ac and takes 10 minutes to install.

That was supposed to include my discount? Completely over priced and ridiculous.

Maintenance is important, and it’s such a relief to know my system is in good working order. I don’t want any surprises!

While we often have a newer maintenance person visit for the periodic system review they are always professional and friendly. Without fail they call ahead to let you know when they are heading to your address or if running late, which helps. While offering several brands of systems, they often provide suggestions for maintaining our specific system at peak performance. The only improvement I can offer would be for the digital programmable touch screen monitor to be more sensitive to temperature changes, such as within two degrees of the setting, rather than three degrees. One of our family has a neuropathic condition and is very temperature sensitive. I would rate this company as about as close to an ideal heating and cooling outfit as you can find. In addition their prices are very competitive with the larger brand name companies in the area while being local. Keep up the great service!

I began to use this service since 2017 after a local shop was unable to fix an issue with my downstairs heating unit for several visits. Following the recommendation of my colleague, I called this service and Jeff came in the afternoon and was able to solve the issue within an hour including the time to get the part needed during the rush hour. Since then, I have been using this service for all our heating and cooling services. This service is also on top of choices for other potential maintenance etc.

Aaron was prompt, very professional, and accommodating. He worked around my grandson’s toys and the play closet clutter to access the attic. Took photos and explained all the system and parts to me. He was thorough and very nice. I hope he comes when the next maintenance check is scheduled!! Thank you for such a great employee!

We had our system serviced today by Charlie. My wife had to meet them while I was at work and couldn’t speak more highly of the job Charlie did! From his knowledge, to the way he explained what he was doing in an easy and understandable way. Just an overall great experience, I would highly recommend JHCC!

Excellent service provided by the Coleman Company. We moved into the Crest Haven neighborhood four years ago. Soon after moving in, we had a problem getting electrical service on a summer Sunday afternoon. We contacted a long-time area resident for recommendations. This gentleman has lived in our subdivision for over thirty years and has been a Coleman client for most of that time. This resident highly recommended using Coleman, which we did. Coleman had one of its service staff at our house within an hour of our request for service made at about 4 p.m. on a summer Sunday. The needed wire repair was made within an hour and the problem has not recurred.

We have committed to Coleman's yearly maintenance contract since the emergency work described herein and have found it to be most satisfactory. The Coleman staff members doing the work have always arrived on time and are courteous.
