Chancey & Reynolds, Inc.

First used Chancey & Reynolds last year when we had a new system installed on our third floor. Based on that excellent experience, we contacted them when our second floor unit did not work at the outset of this cooling season. We were able to get a same day appointment. Communication throughout the day was excellent and Ehsan arrived right on time. He took his time to troubleshoot and clearly explain what was going on. One hour, two parts, and a couple of fuses later, our unit was back to running. Ehsan was kind and professional throughout the time he was with us. I would not hesitate to recommend Chancey & Reynolds for your HVAC needs, new or maintenance.

Just got had work done by Ehsan and he was incredible. On time , very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. This is the second time he has come to help and will be using them again in the future.

Jake showed up when he said he would be here and diagnosed the problem in a short period of time. He had to order parts but returned when he said he would. He had us up and going in a couple hours. Was very professional and accurately gave me a couple tips. By the way he was repairing a botched install by another company on a less than year old unit that either didn’t know what to do or didn’t try. They have my business from now on. Thanks guys

One of our A/C units quit cooling yesterday due to a clogged drain line. I called Chancey and Reynold's at 7:30 this morning and they were able to send out their service technician, Ehsan A., this afternoon! Ehsan was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly and polite. He diagnosed the problem, thoroughly flushed out the water lines of both units and changed out our large "Aprilaire" filters. We signed up for yearly maintenance so that we can keep our units in top working condition. The price was very reasonable! We had neglected to service our units last couple years due to the Covid mayhem. Our neglecting service was a huge mistake because the huge accordion style filter had gotten super dirty and this caused our unit to freeze and shut down. Chancey and Reynolds have installed and serviced our HVAC for the last 18 years and we really appreciate their honesty and service.

We have been using this business for many years with total satisfaction!! But something had gone terribly wrong!! New owners are destroying this great business! Our heat went out on the 24th of December! We called the emergency number and left a thorough message with our number! Of course we didn’t expect immediate service it being Christmas and freezing temps!’ But a call back was what we expected!! And never got a call back!!! Unbelievable Thank God we were able to get in touch with a new company and they tried giving us some ideas to try till they could get to us!! Great customer service 👍 That’s what we expected a call back and some communication! We’ll of course we found our new company and still never received a call from Chancey and Reynolds!!! People beware!!

Very timely and very professional! Ehsan had us up and running very quickly. He was a very nice and knew his stuff! We have used them for years and they’ve always done a great job.

My recent system check-up revealed problems with the computer board. From the original call to make the appointment to the repair, billing, and payment, everyone at Chancey & Reynolds with whom I spoke were efficient, kind, and helpful. On the afternoon of Aug 10, 2022 our house was struck by lightning. The strike left a cannonball hole in our roof and fried multiple items in our house including both HVAC units. I called Chancey and Reynolds late that afternoon and they were able to send a tech out by noon THE FOLLOWING DAY. Lucas was able to get our main system back up that day and the second unit up a few days later after parts came in for it. He was great. I cannot thank them enough for the quick response and timely, professional repair to our system. When our units need to be serviced or replaced, Chancey and Reynolds will get my business.

We have had 3 units installed by Chancey and Reynolds, and the service is always exceptional. Ehsan installed a thermostat for me, and did so with professionalism and great customer service! Thank you!
