We called Chancey & Reynolds Inc. and the next morning Ehsan was here. He explained what needed to be fixed on our heater. Within 2 hours the heater was up and running and this included him having to go pick up a new motor. He was very efficient and answered all the questions I asked. We highly recommend this company and the professionalism this company portrays is wonderful. Thank you again for taking care of us in the middle of winter!!!!

Chancey and Reynolds is great. This summer we called one of their competitors (Russell and Abbott) and they diagnosed a problem with our air conditioner (a leaky coil). They charged us $290 and estimated the labor for the repair at $950. When we called Chancey and Reynolds they priced the same repair for $500. While we were waiting on the part, the air went out again (because coolant was low) when it was 92 degrees outside. They came out within two hours of our call and got us running and did not charge for a service call. When the part came in they promptly installed it and did so for the quoted price (which again was half what their competitor quoted). They also charged us about half as much per pound for the refrigerant.
It is hard to believe that two “reputable” companies are so different. Chancey and Reynolds is an honest company that knows what they are doing and seems to genuinely care about their customers.

Our service couldn’t have been better! We were able to get a technician out the same day that our A/C broke (which is typically unheard of) and once the part was available, our unit was fixed that same day. We will be using Chauncey and Reynolds again.

Service was incredibly quick and thorough, they restored my heating within days of first diagnosing the issue(shipping for parts), when previous vendors had me waiting weeks.

100% will use for future HVAC service calls.

I'm the manager of a small local business and called at 9:00 after a holiday weekend and they sent out Ehsan to work on our system at 12:00. He was able to diagnose the system and get us up and running. I also purchased a Rheem unit for our house through this company. Couldn't recommend them enough.

My husband and I greatly appreciate Eshan for solving our air conditioner problem...he knew exactly what the problem was and we love our COOL house thanks to him and Chancey and Reynolds. He is very efficent and gives great customer service. We will request him if we should need their services again if possible!

Sehan (sp?) was fantastic. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He even showed me what had gone wrong when our thermostat went dark. Would 100% use again.

Thankful they helped us when we had our ac mess up! Colin is who helped us and he was very professional and took care of the issue. Responded on a holiday even! Didn’t mind our dogs needing attention and was a very good representative of this company. Will def recommend to friends and family!

Many thanks to Keith and Christian for coming so quickly to hook up our auxiliary heat—not connected at time of install from another company summer of 2019—after hours on Christmas weekend. Though it is a great adventure to camp with entire family near tree and a space heater, we are more than grateful for your lightning-strike fast diagnosis of the issue and doing a thorough inspection of our system.
