Ok so first off, Debbie, the call coordinator, is very sweet, informative, and professional when answering the phone. She assured me that someone would be out the same day to check out my air conditioner. Then Matthew called to let me know he was on his way and immediately got to work and explained to me what needed to be done. He was quick but also thorough. I highly recommend.

Collin was on time, very professional. Quick diagnosis and could tell he wasn’t trying to “pad the invoice” on me. Just basically “blown capacitor, should be about 20 minutes I’ll have it fixed.” And he also gave me an update on how my system looks overall without me having to ask. Checked refrigerant and pressure etc and gave me good news there. Reasonable rate too.

Ehsan has been my maintenance man for several years. He maintained my old unit which outlasted its expected lifetime. That’s why all the above services have been checked as they were performed as needed over the years. He advised me when the compressor finally quit that “It was time” to replace. I trust him and my new unit has performed well. I am very pleased. I always ask for Ehsan.

Ehsan is awesome! Once he arrived he quickly diagnosed and replaced the faulty part on our AC compressor. Very professional and friendly technician!

Josh Foster, a tech at Chancey & Reynolds, was on time, highly professional and very knowledgeable. He very quickly determined this issue and I now have my AC up and running again.

My wife & I are grateful for this company. We always request Ehsan. He has a golden personality & is a caring hardworking individual. I told Ehsan I was diagnosed with leukemia in December last year. We had maintenance done today on our HVAC unit(one year later from when I told Ehsan about my diagnosis) & the 1st thing he asked was how I was doing with my cancer. That was heartfelt. Chancey & Reynolds has done a great job maintaining our HVAC system. They have allowed us to schedule spring and fall checkups with the same technician, and Ehsan has been very professional during his visits. He is very clear about all maintenance he performs at every visit and works cheerfully and efficiently. He has called ahead and been on time for every appointment, always has foot covers to wear inside our house, and consistently follows COVID-19 protocols. The rates Chancey & Reynolds charges for maintenance services are fair -- not the lowest, not the highest, but a good value for the quality of work performed. We are happy to recommend them.

My long time provider no longer supports our system but recommended Chancey & Reynolds. I was concerned about a stranger coming to my home and using an unknown business, but I can now recommend them fully, and specifically Ehsan who did a wonderful job.
