Latest experience with C&R was again highly satisfactory. We were happy to see Ehsan show up as he has been our tech several times and is highly competent as well as friendly and polite. He again lived up to expectations. The part that failed was quite expensive, but I had no doubt replacement was necessary because of the faith we have in the integrity, technical and business skills, and responsiveness of C&R after years of experience with them.

Ehsan fixed our HVAC problem quickly and professionally. But that’s not all he was also very kind and friendly at the same time. If we have a need again I’ll be calling this place again and requesting that Ehsan is our repair person. Thanks for such great service!

From the installation of new units to the annual service, we have always been impressed with the professionalism and timely response we have received. We have gotten to know Ehsan as our service tech and always find him to be on time, friendly, competent and polite. He showed up at the door this year with his mask in place and we appreciate the respect and concern that that shows for his customers.

My AC went out and when I called I was able to secure an appointment the next business day. Ehsan, was my technician and he was extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend Chancey and Reynolds for hvac needs. The technician, Josh arrived within an hour and a half after placing the service call. He was very knowledgeable of our system, and answered all of our questions. Josh was able to diagnose the AC problem and make the repair in less than an hour. Very professional!

We had an emergency this 4th of July when our AC stopped working. Ehsan was professional, kind, and prompt. He was very thorough with his work and discussed all our options with us as he was able to get our system up and running in a timely manner. Despite a really busy schedule today Asan was able to work us in and do another repair in a matter of a few hours. I was expecting a full.compressor replacement over 1000 dollars but the problem was expertly diagnosed as a much less expensive capacitor.

Paul and Jerry were very professional great guys they install a new heat and air Unit for my son clean up any debris and were very polite very respectful of our home above and beyond my expectations and yes they were on time and happy to work they put the customer first will use them again and again

I’m 36 weeks pregnant, and unfortunately there were some issues with our air last night. So I was able to call and have someone come take a look at it, I had the sweetest employee named Josh, and I explained to him I cannot go another night pregnant without air conditioning. He was super friendly even to my two rambunctious dogs, and got the job done super quickly. I’m not sure what all was wrong, but I do know my A/C is working amazing again!!!! Highly recommend this company and this employee!!!

I just had Ehsan replace a non-functional industrial dehumidifier with a new and more powerful Aprilaire. He troubleshot the unit that was four years old and installed when our crawlspace was encapsulated. He confirmed it was not working before he selected and ordered the replacement. The new unit is working well. I have used Chancey & Reynolds for my heating and AC needs for over 5 years. We replaced our 18 year old unit when we bought this house 5 years ago. Added central air filter to that unit. A year later the old upstairs unit failed and Chancey replaced it with a new Rheem. Energy costs dropped significantly. We always use Chancey to service these units each year. Really like the owners and all staff we have met are excellent. Ehsan is just as high caliber as the rest we have met. Did a great job today. Highly recommend Chancey & Reynolds.
