Ease of getting an appointment was a good sign for me so I booked a service call. Ehsan was actually early for the appointment. I can't remember when that has happened before. He was very efficient and enthusiastic about what we needed done, which was a checkup of my three HVAC units. He replaced an ailing capacitor and added Freon. He did an analysis of the system and gave me some advice. He seemed to be fully engaged in wanting to do an efficient and successful job. When he left I felt I had gotten my money's worth out of the experience. I called the company back a few weeks later because when I turned on my air conditioner for the first time in the season, it was alternately blowing warm and cool air. The company set up an appointment the same day and Ehsan returned. He discovered a loose component in the electronics area of the compressor that was causing the problem with the signal from the thermostat, and fixed it. There was no charge because the checkup included a warranty. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I have received so far. This is the fourth HVAC company I have dealt with in 3 years here and the only one that I recommend.

We used Chauncey & Reynolds (Ehsan, technician- awesome!) today for HVAC maintenance. This company was timely, thorough, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Our HVAC compressor stopped working on one of the first hot days, when the inside temperature of the house was 85°F. A neighbor recommended Chancey & Reynolds who were able to give us a same-day appointment. Matthew was our technician and within 5 minutes he diagnosed a bad capacitor. He happened to have the part on his truck, as well as a new filter (that we would have needed to mailorder otherwise). He also topped off our refrigerant. Matthew was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The bill was completely reasonable and we were amazed how fast the repair was done. We will definitely be using Chancey & Reynolds in the future.

I’m usually terrible about giving feedback (good or bad), but in this case I thought some positive feedback was warranted and well-deserved especially by Ehsan, the technician who serviced our equipment this morning.

1. He was right on time (after giving us a 30 minute courtesy call ahead of time).
2. He was extremely efficient and had a well thought-out plan about the order in which he was going to clean and service our units (we have 3 units).
3. He is obviously knowledgeable about our equipment. He had to replace a capacitor that had gone bad (under warranty) and he answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
4. He was conscientious about wearing a face mask, which might not be important to everyone but it sure is to our family.
5. He was also conscientious about shoe coverings. Chancey & Reynolds technicians have always been great about this.
6. He was exceptionally courteous and friendly and it was truly one of the most pleasant interactions I’ve had with a service provider in a long time. He made a very favorable impression and represented Chancey & Reynolds very well.

Ehsan was a awesome and I hope the folks at Chancey and Reynolds take care of him and keep him around! He called when he was on his way, got to my house on time, and made quick work of repairing my heating system. He was incredibly polite and walked me through the repairs he was making just because I was curious. I will never call anyone but Ehsan to come fix my heating and air. Thank you for a great experience and great value as well - it was cheaper than I thought to repair my unit and Ehsan was great company while he was here.

Called in for issues with our AC system and Ehsan showed up quickly and provided excellent service. Ehsan went above and beyond and I would highly recommend using Chancey & Reynolds for any heat/air services. Their technicians are always top notch!

A wonderful employee at Chancey & Reynolds , Ehsan Alquasi, has reliably and professionally looked after my semi-annual heat/air maintenance. After his very first visit several years ago, I have asked that he be the person to come, every time. I trust his experience and expertise so when an accessory heat/air unit in a sunroom stopped working, I asked for Ehsan to come. I trust his diagnosis that the unit was made by a company no longer in business, no parts are available for repairs and replacement is the only choice. We went to Chancey & Reynolds many years ago when our main heat/air unit had to be replaced. Now that another major replacement is needed, I have complete confidence in Ehsan to follow through and make it happen. He was able to give me immediate price quotes with payment options and an appointment for installers to come in less than a week. I am grateful for my original referral to Chancey & Reynolds but especially for having a "go to" person who has always been available when needed. He is a great asset to this company.

Jake was professional and knowledgeable. Jake was able to delete a gas line. When I called earlier they said they couldn't get out for four months. I had to explain to the girl at the desk this was more of a service call and would take only 30 minutes. Jake was absolutely awesome, but the girls who screen the calls need more training to understand who to pass the call off to. I will definitely consider this company for my future needs because their rates are reasonable and Jake was a great representation of the company and he deserves five stars. .

We are very happy with the work performed. They really do care. The service tech really explained to us what he was doing and why. He was able to put us at ease. We were very comfortable with him and would like to have him again if the need should so arise.

Ehsan was great at communicating about when he would arrive, and what was wrong with our unit / as well as fixing it quickly! He was flexible, friendly, and professional! We highly recommend his services.
