Fantastic service. They were on time and very knowledgeable and professional. Exceeded my expectations. They took time and explained things clearly and have excellent customer service after the sale.
We recently replaced the entire AC unit- They were half the price of the competitor. The only ones i would use and recommend.

We’ve been putting off replacing our AC due to COVID health concerns. Because I’m a recent cancer/chemo survivor, I have been isolating since early March. The service was great, but I’m shocked and disappointed that the 5 men who put in our new unit did NOT wear face masks as they walked all over my home. I would think this company would be taking precautions to protect their customers. Service was excellent otherwise.

Great service technician(Michael) very professional .He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it .Also he did regular maintenance on hvac unit. I would highly recommend this company!!!

There is no one better than Chancey Reynolds in town. I’ve been using them for years and they bend over backwards to get to you asap. Today my heat wasn’t working and Jake was here in 2 hours and everything was fixed about 2 hours later. Jake was professional and explained everything to me and even got my grumpy dog to like him!

Ehsan is very polite, professional and capable. He goes above and beyond to be sure everything is working well, despite the initial concern. Truly service with a big smile!

Responded to call quickly on a Saturday. Our technician, Ehsan, was professional and worked quickly to restore our heat. We appreciated his positive attitude knowing it was a Saturday and cold outside.

I had this company come out to take a look at a heat pump that wasn’t coming on. The technician call me and told me the breaker was tripped But didn’t know why. He reset the breaker but before the end of the day it had tripped again. The problem was never resolved and I never received any bill or invoice from the company. Four months later I received a phone call from the owner requesting a payment for $151. Explain to him that the problem was ever resolved and I thought that they had blown me off because they were unable to fix the problem. Mr. Chancey is the rudest most disrespectful business owner I have ever dealt with. I don’t know how he stays in business
