Jake was an excellent technician. He explained what why he was doing something. He treats you like your business matters. I would use them again if needed. The price for the visit was reasonable.

Josh was absolutely wonderful explaining everything. He went above and beyond to find out that my part was still under warranty and obtain a replacement for me, saving me hundreds of dollars. He was ver professional and just a very nice, honest guy. I could not be more pleased and will definitely keep them mind for future recommendations and my own HVAC needs.

Chancey and Reynolds worked with me for several years putting a band aid on my old system because I didn't think I could have a new one installed. After being without air conditioning for a week (after the last band aid fell off along with the scab), I cried Uncle and scheduled a new system. Even though they were a week out on installation, I was willing to wait and suffer than to try somebody else. My new unit was installed Thursday and is working beautifully. Joe and team were GREAT--they even left my outside area and garage in better shape than they found it! I am proud to display their sign in my yard. Thank you for being such an honest and caring contractor!

I have had some really terrible luck with an old AC unit. I have had a couple companies come work on it but Chancey & Reynolds got it right! Ehsan came back twice in three days to make sure it was working correctly. If you need someone to help you with your AC problem Ehsan and Chancey and Reynolds we wonderful!

We highly recommend Chancey & Reynolds, specifically Ehsan, for any HVAC needs. We had several issues with our HVAC units, and he ensured that they were all repaired. He also went out of his way to keep us informed of what was going on.

Chancey & Reynolds is great! Heater would not turn on on a Saturday morning. I called Chancey & Reynolds and left a message for a return call. Jake called back within 20 minutes to let us know he was on the way. He was able to get the HVAC running on Saturday and returned Monday to put in the replacement part.
