As a new home buyer, I am learning a lot about maintenance and all the contractors needed to keep a house healthy. We recently had Chancey & Reynolds come out for a fall/winter maintenance check on our HVAC unit. Ehsan was our technician, and he was fabulous. As a young woman home alone, I felt safe with him throughout his visit. He was thorough, explained everything he was doing, let me pester him with questions. Chancey and Reynolds installed our HVAC units and have been maintaining them ever since. They have always done a great job. Today we had Ehsan Alqaisi visit us. He worked very efficiently and impressed us with his professionalism, and demeanor. We also appreciated that he wore foot covers and followed COVID-19 protocols.

I've used Chancey & Reynolds over the last 15 years at three different houses in the Knoxville area, including two new system installs. Pricing has always been competitive on the installation quotes; they don't show up with a slick binder full of sales materials and financing plans but offer a more personalized level of service from truly knowledgeable HVAC specialists. Install quality is far above what I've seen at the homes of friends using other companies and they don't take shortcuts. Warranty and non-warranty service has always been quick and fairly priced no matter if it is just changing a capacitor or an entire circuit board. Five stars across the board.

Ehsan came out was super professional. I had other AC vendors come out and gave me all sorts of recommendations. I provided the same recommendations and they found it was a Schraeder value in the heat exchanges that needed to be replaced rather than replacing the complete fitting. Saved me money and time. Ehsan was super knowledgable.
