Chandler Heating & Air

Chandler installed my gas pack in 2011 and took over maintenance of a heater and air in another part of our home. I have been pleased with service work they have performed over the years. The service is timely and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

Just wonderful. Chandler Heating & Air are always prompt, friendly, efficient, and courteous. I appreciate the reminder calls, courtesy calls when they are on the way, and the way they are sensitive to my dogs. Just an amazing company and phenomenal techs!

In 2013 I had (2) units replaced at my residence by CH&A. I'm one to try doing my own work to save a few $$ but also to learn along the way. What I found was an acceptable price but in addition a great quality replacement for my home but also a positive choice for future need or to recommend to others.

Recently a contactor was making a noise at the ground unit.. When I accidentally swapped 2 wires and sent a 220v signal to a 24V thermostat and transformer, it blew both parts.

Due to 4th of July weekend, I was told the following MOnday 7/6/2020 would be the timeslot for repair. Sure enough Monday morning I rec'd a follow-up phone call verifying that Scotty was on his way to my home.

The same good-humored, informative assistance I saw in 2013 surfaced again on 7/7/2020 despite the rising temperature outdoors. Within 45 minutes the unit was fixed

Unlike many other repairmen I've heard horror stories about in price gouging as does part suppliers to consumers locally as in FENCO for example, CH&A did not overcharge and I would trust this firm further in future need!

Granted we all have different stories to tell but my experience in Knox County or surround areas is to refer this firm to others requiring A/C work done!

Chandler has been our family's go to hvac expert for years. Today, I called Chandler again, and as always, Scotty came out quickly, was very neat, friendly, and courteous, and his price for the service call and the blower motor was very reasonable. I won't hesitate to call Chandler again for hvac problems.

i don't even want to give his company 1 star. This guy comes across as a nice guy that will give you a great deal. beware! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! which is half ass, I finally had to call another company to repair what he had supposedly repaired. THANKFULLY, I have a boyfriend that noticed Chandler's work looked sketchy. Do yourself a favor, pay a little extra and get your unit fixed RIGHT!

Scotty is the best, knows exactly the best way to get you up an running in the quickest time. Takes care of my home, business and the units on the clubhouse for my HOA. He charges a fair price for great work.

They have been at my apartment 5 times in a year, and my AC still does not work. These people will rip you off. Never use them. It is absurd that they have been here so many times and yet my air is still jacked. Completely dishonest or to dumb to provide decent service.

Called Scottie with Chandler and his response time was amazing. He diagnosed my problem in an instant and had me running within minutes!
