HEP is on the way

All hep employees were great Tracy w, Ernest k. And Duane c were all very professional and very helpful they instilled a natural gas water heater without hesitation and were very quick definitely recommend hep for your plumbing needs.

Showed up quickly, very professional, took a little time to fix, but made sure it was done correctly. I had already had one plumber from a different company come and make the repair. He work was not done well and leaked. That's when I called HEP. Thanks for coming so late and having such a considerate employee.

Our roof started leaking on a weekend from recent storms, so I sent a request online. They called first thing Monday morning to schedule an inspection. They were quite busy that day, and kept us updated as to the timing of their technician's arrival. When he arrived, Christian thoroughly inspected the roof, gave us his recommendation for a solution and tarped the roof as a temporary fix. Due to timing issues on our part and having to work with our insurance company, we couldn't schedule the repair right away. During this past weekend's storm, part of the tarp failed so I called and they immediately scheduled someone to come out and fix it. Jeremy arrived and had the problem taken care of quickly since more rain is expected before the work begins on Monday, and assured me that they will be there if I have any other issues in the meantime. I am very impressed by everyone I have dealt with at HEP; I am not sure I have ever received the level of communication as I have from them. They have answered every question, explained every detail and returned every phone call or text promptly and efficiently.

We needed someone to come check out our old 50-gallon water heater that was leaking. The technician was great but the quote to replace and install was just over $3,000.

We thanked the worker and immediately went to Lowe's. They had someone to our home the next day and a new unit and installation ended up costing us around $1,200.

Not sure HEP stays in business with the absurd pricing but you're better off getting a quote somewhere else.

Tech was good guy. Got my invoice after he left to find out was charged $306 for a strainer basket for my kitchen sink that cost $27 at lowes or home depot. That wasn't even the issue of the problem. Tried to charge me $75 for a $6 provent I'm glad I asked the price of that before I said yes. Bottom line don't use hep unless you want to be taken advantage of.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and called HEP. They sent someone within a few hours. Joe Shupe was courteous and professional. He fixed our water leak and saved the day! We would use HEP again.

Josh Butler came to do a large electrical project and he was great to work with and very friendly. I would recommend him to help with more.

Had an issue with my roof and HEP sent Jeremy out to fix it. He was professional, courteous and he seemed like an all around solid dude. He got the job done right. Thanks, Jeremy!

Earnest was amazing and very efficient!! I will never have anyone come to my house but him! Made the repairs very quickly. I couldn’t be happy! Thank you Earnest!

After starting a "simple" DIY of replacing my kitchen faucet I had to call for HEP. The removal of my old faucet was a tough job, but Old Ed did a fantastic job. He really cared about the work he did. Thanks HEP!
